Inside, the original character gets a fresh take. The converted atrium and dramatic catwalk add a fun architectural twist, while the living spaces keep things comfortable and inviting.

The primary suite has a king bed, beautiful bay views, a standalone soaking tub, double vanity, and separate shower. The guest room, with king bed, has its own private bath with a tub/shower combo. Then there’s the bunk room, with two built-in twin-over-full bunks that kids will happily claim. The spacious utility room adds a Murphy bed and a fully renovated bathroom, giving your group even more flexibility.

Outside, the private pool comes with a feature kids will absolutely love: a slide that drops straight into the water from the adjoining treehouse. Adults get their own perks, too, with a spa, adjustable temperature, custom lighting, and the soothing sound of the waterfall. And then there’s the bay. Wow, these views are pretty hard to ignore.

Take advantage of the calm bay waters with a private boat slip that can accommodate a rental boat up to 30 feet. Prefer something smaller? Grab a kayak or paddleboard and make your way over to North Beach Social for lunch. It’s a pretty good way to spend an afternoon.
