Historic Modern House Pasadena

This beautiful new modern house is located in a quiet, historic, and safe neighborhood minutes from Oldtown, Rose bowl, PCC/CalTech/Rests/Shops/ Metro and a great central location to UnivStudio, LA Live, Hollywood. Guests stay on the 1st floor with separate entrance to their 2bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a small/cute kitchen. Owner lives on the 2nd floor. Guests have shared pool area/bb court to use to relax. Pool/Spa is not available for guests. No Smoking Marijuana/No loud Music here!!!
The space
Guests have separate entrance to their rooms and park cars in the street for $3 each night. Guests can park in our driveway for free if space is available. BRooms have both A/C/heater/ceiling fan, which should be plenty to cool/heat the Kitchen. Guests can use separate laundry room for free.
No swimming in the pool and spa for guests due to insurance liability/pool maintenance/costs (No Exception). Price we listed does not include this since we want to keep price low for our guests.
No smoking Marijuana anywhere on the premises z (No Exception)
No loud music.
If Guests smoke Marijuana and listen to loud music (or being loud in general), then this is NOT the place for them.
Guests should not expect to have everything to cook big/complicated meals here since our kitchen is not big.
Guest access
Guest can't use the pool/Spa/Bar (owner's use only). The rest of the pool areas are for guests to enjoy.
Please do not stay here and expect to use the pool/spa and when you can't, you give me a bad review for this. Price does not include pool/spa
Guests have a separate laundry room to use and we provide all necessary detergents for laundry.
Guests can use the BBQ, but guests will need to clean it before/after each use.
During your stay
Host stays on premise and will be available as needed via phone/text
Other things to note
No smoking in the room (smoking is allowed outside only)
No smoking Marijuana anywhere on the premises of the house and please note that we may need to ask guests to leave if they smoke marijuana as we have kids (and our neighbors also have kids) and will ask Guests to pay additional for cleaning fee if guests break this rule.
No loud music/No Parties
No additional Guests during guests' stay, unless owner approves in advance.
