Enjoy some time away with friends and family at your own private oasis just 5 minutes from Spring Lake Beach, Sea Girt and Manasquan. This unique lot sits on an acre+ and boasts a gorgeous, sunlit home, a beautifully landscaped patio with an inground, heated saltwater pool. There are many outdoor seating areas including couches, tables, chairs and sun loungers where you can enjoy meals together, morning coffee, or an afternoon nap. Beyond the pool is a deep yard with a large fire pit area, a screened-in gazebo with a table and chairs, and a “she-shed” with a couches for hanging out. A shallow brook wraps around the entire property where deer and owls can be observed daily.

This bright home has a total of four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the first floor is the first of two master suites with a walk-in closet and attached bathroom with soaking tub, double sinks and a stall shower. The gourmet kitchen has a large island, luxury appliances, an eat-in-kitchen table, a great room with a Smart TV, a powder room, mudroom/laundry room, an office, and a dining room which seats 10. There is also a butler pantry with microwave, ice maker, trash compactor, sink, wine fridge and 2nd dishwasher. The butler pantry is also home to a coffee station with several options: a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, a pour over Chemex and a Keurig. We provide our guests with Starbucks French Roast coffee grounds, several Lavazza coffee pod options, and English Breakfast tea. Enjoy your morning coffee by stepping outside onto the beautiful poolside patio where you have your choice of 6 seating areas.

On the second floor is an extra large second suite with a king sized bed and attached full bathroom, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The second floor also has a small den area with a sofa, two chairs and a Smart TV. We also have a full mattress and box spring setup on the floor which is ideal for kids. There is a full bath on the second floor that is shared by guests in bedrooms 3 and 4.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one walk-in closet on the second floor.
