Enjoy some time away with friends and family at your own private oasis just 5 minutes from Spring Lake Beach, Sea Girt and Manasquan. This unique lot sits on an acre+ and boasts a gorgeous, sunlit home, a beautifully landscaped patio with an inground, heated saltwater pool. There are many outdoor seating areas including couches, tables, chairs and sun loungers where you can enjoy meals together, morning coffee, or an afternoon nap. Beyond the pool is a deep yard with a large fire pit area, a screened-in gazebo with a table and chairs, and a “she-shed” with a couches for hanging out. A shallow brook wraps around the entire property where deer and owls can be observed daily.

This bright home has a total of four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the first floor is the first of two master suites with a walk-in closet and attached bathroom with soaking tub, double sinks and a stall shower. The gourmet kitchen has a large island, luxury appliances, an eat-in-kitchen table, a great room with a Smart TV, a powder room, mudroom/laundry room, an office, and a dining room which seats 10. There is also a butler pantry with microwave, ice maker, trash compactor, sink, wine fridge and 2nd dishwasher. The butler pantry is also home to a coffee station with several options: a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, a pour over Chemex and a Keurig. We provide our guests with Starbucks French Roast coffee grounds, several Lavazza coffee pod options, and English Breakfast tea. Enjoy your morning coffee by stepping outside onto the beautiful poolside patio where you have your choice of 6 seating areas.

On the second floor is an extra large second suite with a king sized bed and attached full bathroom, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The second floor also has a small den area with a sofa, two chairs and a Smart TV. We also have a full mattress and box spring setup on the floor which is ideal for kids. There is a full bath on the second floor that is shared by guests in bedrooms 3 and 4.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one walk-in closet on the second floor.

Brief stay for family memorial service

The property is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for for a short stay to attend a family memorial service in Spring Lake. There was plenty of room with a beautiful back yard to enjoy after a long drive. Thank you Lory.

Amazing Home!!

The property was gorgeous! Even nicer than we had expected. We were there visiting family enjoying the 20th Annual Kilt Run on St. Patrick’s day and could not have been happier with the house. We had a few small children and enjoyed a fire in the back with s’mores! Such a memorable weekend for all! Thank you!

FANTASTIC!

This is a wonderful property with everything you could need for a stay in the area. The kitchen is fabulous! It is very well appointed and a chefs dream. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There were ple ty of bathrooms amd the property worked well for our extended family. Plenty of space and pruvacy when needed. There were so many thoughtful touches. Including details like chargers all over and fast internet. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The grounds are very large with lots of activities. We would definitely stay here again, Lory, the host, was fantastic, very welcoming and super responsive.

Amazing place

The property is very beautiful and clean just as shown in pictures and is located in a peaceful locality. Especially the backyard is very beautiful and has all the facilities for hanging out with family and friends. Lorena provided good quality toiletries, extra towels and linens to use. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay for all age groups. They have enough furniture setup for large groups in the house and the backyard. We had great fun sitting around the fire pit and enjoying the calm sounds of the stream flowing in the back. Lorena is a wonderful host and she responded immediately to any questions and made sure our stay was comfortable. Best place to spend time with your family or friends and have a relaxing vacation time. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit New Jersey

All you can dream of!

My family and I, including our children ages 22-12, had the most incredible experience! The house is spacious, warm, inviting, clean, and modern. You can find plenty of cozy nooks, along with wide open, airy rooms to suite everyone's needs, activities and moods. It had everything you could possibly need and was well stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies and more! The grounds are stunning and include a beautiful, extensive grassy area which holds a gazebo, fire pit, seating, etc. and is surrounded by a creek. My family loved going there daily to watch the deer that hang out there every morning! The swimming pool is well maintained and beautiful- and there are lots of floaties, etc. to be used. There is ample seating near the pool, including a shaded area for eating, games and hanging out. We also really enjoyed venturing out to a local beach and boardwalk, a community theatre, and Six Flags which is about 30 minutes away. Great house, great amenities, great location, and great host-Lory was so attentive before we arrived and was very communicative as we needed to contact her. I would happily return to this rental and my family is already asking when we can go again!
