July vacation week

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived late (7pm)due to traffic no one in office (closed) had trouble getting in room. Pulled out Futon bed and found dirty sheets with mice feces. Checked out before office opened (8am) unclear instructions about turning in pool bands, we left them in room. Notified management about this and given rude response. Nice room and nice stay overall.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the room nice and enjoyed your stay overall, but we’re sorry for the issues you experienced. Because you were arriving after the office had closed, we made sure you received the late-arrival instructions, including the information needed to access your condo. We also provided an emergency phone number specifically so you could reach us if you experienced any issues during your stay. Had we been notified about the sofa bed and bedding concerns while you were there, we would have had the opportunity to address them promptly and make things right for you. Our check-in and checkout reminder messages also include the checkout procedures, including instructions regarding the pool bands. We’re sorry if those instructions were unclear to you, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We certainly never want a guest to feel that their concerns are not being heard, and we apologize if our response came across as rude. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our communication with guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the experience you deserve.

June 2026

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great - 3rd floor and easy access to the stairs (we used the stairs 90% of the time because the elevator was so busy). It also looks over the pool so you can watch your kiddos. There were a few things that we were pretty annoyed with. The condition of the pans were awful to cook on .. we needed up buying our own to use. There was literally one spatula to cook with, only a few plates, and barely any other cooking utensils. The tub backed up as you were showering. There was a broom but no dust pan. When we got there the chairs were full of sand. The kitchen table was being held up by a paper towel and was so wobbly. I understand these are probably investment properties but this unit really needs a facelift.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the convenient third-floor location, easy stair access, and the view overlooking the pool. It's great to know those features helped make your stay more enjoyable. We're sorry to hear that the condition of the cookware, kitchen supplies, and other maintenance items did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to find limited cooking utensils, worn cookware, a slow-draining tub, and furnishings that need attention. We also apologize that the unit was not cleaned to the standard you expected upon arrival. We encourage our guests to let us know about any concerns during their stay, so our housekeeping and maintenance teams have the opportunity to address them as quickly as possible. Your comments have been shared with both our management team and the condo owner so these items can be reviewed and improvements can be made. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in one of our many individually owned condos.

Overall Resort and Condo 310

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall opinion is that this place could be amazing. The property is not kept up and the rooms are missing things for the price being charged. Items that need immediate attention:1. Rooms need more convenience items. There were no toiletries, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, no extra garbage bags. 2. Parking doesn’t seem to be enforced. Saw multiple cars with no tag.General Comments:1. Rooms look run down. 2. Room 310 dryer needs to be fixed. The top is bent and the drum scrapes. Very loud. 3. No privacy on the balcony. Walls between rooms should have been extended to the end of the railing. 4. Room 310 needs minor repairs throughout. 5. Room 310 bed comforter is gross. Suggest washing those every once on a while.
