Everything about this stay was great, including the walkable distance to the wedding reception venue we were visiting and the morning coffee in the next block. The home itself was clean, welcoming, and just as described, very convenient and would stay here again.

Terrific stay! Very clean townhome in the heart of downtown. Very comfortable beds, fully appointed kitchen with everything you need. The view from the rooftop at sunset was amazing. Balcony patio was great to enjoy the evening as well. I would absolutely stay again.

Awesome location, Cool and clean space!

The location was perfect - walking distance to activities, bars, and restaurants in downtown Dayton. The house was extremely clean, very nice, and communication with our host was great with quick response times. Would book again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Downtown Dayton! The location is perfect. The garage entertainment area and fantastic rooftop are just excellent additions to an already great set-up. So glad we found you. NCAA vacation

Came to Dayton to watch the games. Facility was very clean and well appointed. Have stayed in a number of VRBO's and this one was exactly as sold and the cleanest that I have stayed in. Hopefully they will continue it this way and I'll rent it again next year.

Great Central Location

We met with friends for a short visit and wanted a quiet place to hang out that was near restaurants and historic places. This was the perfect location. Restaurants "The Foundry" and "Sueño" were great. Parking was no problem.We had a quick question for the property manager and he responded very quickly. Overall we had a great visit.

Beautiful scenic place

This place was everything that you want and need. You had views in the front and on the top. If you didnt think Dayton was scenic for me this gave a different perspective. I loved sitting on the top and just looking out. They had everything there that was needed, even coffee pods, seasoning which I was truly impressed with that. I loved that the garage was big enough to fit my jeep and I was able to get in and out with a garage door opener especially since it did rain while there. There is a TV in both bedrooms which is another bonus and a master bathroom. No issues at all during our stay. I would stay here again for sure
