Cette propriété est un duplex avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains à l'étage et 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains en bas (entrées séparées). Super spacieux, cheminée, puits de lumière, balcon avec barbecue et Peek a boo vue sur l'océan! Garage 2 voitures. Garage pour vélos et jouets de plage / buanderie. La maison est à quelques pas du sable (une seule maison entre nous et le sable). Tout ce que vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour, y compris tous les draps, cuisine bien équipée (pas de nourriture, mais tout ce que vous aurez besoin de le faire), des jouets de plage, des vélos et plus! Tout est flambant neuf dans cette maison (fenêtres, isolation, planchers, meubles, linge de maison, etc ..). L'emplacement est imbattable - juste assez loin de la folie des quais mais assez proche pour y faire du vélo! Huntington Beach se trouve à quelques minutes au nord avec les toutes nouvelles boutiques et restaurants de Pacific City. Had a great visit. It’s a nice clean house with lots of informative labeling. The access to the beach is so convenient and the outdoor shower on the side of the house is particularly handy because it also has hot water.

Lisa was great! She was thorough, responsive, and we really enjoyed her place. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for 13 girls and we had plenty of room to hangout, cook, and sleep! The units are steps away from the beach, and in a convenient location - close to activities and restaurants. 10/10!

Wonderful stay

A perfect location and very comfortable place for a Christmas family reunion. One of the best rentals we've stayed in. The host was thoughtful and responded to any issue/questions immediately. I will stay again if I'm in the area.

Wonderful stay!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect (so close to the beach) and so was Lisa’s place. Our adult kids stayed in the unit upstairs, while we relaxed in the lower unit.

Terrific property in a great location

Wonderful property and location

We stayed here after running a race. Our team loved everything about the property. It was clean and very comfortable. Super stylish, too. We loved being so close to the beach as well as the market and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

Great beach house for large families

We rented both units for a family gathering of more than a dozen people and had a wonderful time. The place was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very accessible and attentive. The house was well-located and equipped for beach activities, making it perfect for active visitors who want to get out during the day and do things.

Clean and bright

Our group stayed in 2 of the units at the house. They were clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for group dinners. The host was very responsive to any questions and help that we needed. Overall a nice house and great stay!

Has it ALL!

We had the best time at the beach and so much of it had to do with this amazing rental! It was spotless, comfortable, perfect location to the beach, and had everything anyone would need to enjoy the beach! I couldn’t believe how perfectly stocked it was!!! This house was awesome!!!!

We loved this property. It was very clean and well supplied with all the amenities one would need. It is very close to a great beach. It was so nice to be off the main boardwalk and all the crowds but yet close enough if we wanted to go down there and hang out. We will definitely be renting this property again. Exceptional!

The owner really treats you like you are the guest at a 5 star hotel. Everything you could think of is there for you! The home is beautiful and so roomy. My family loved it! It was so nice to ride bikes as a family, not two at a time because you have the rent, We each had a bike to go on family adventures together. From start to finish this house was perfect, great location, beautiful beach, great clean home, all the amenities you could think of! Thank you Lisa we loved the place!

Clean, quiet, and lots of beach accommodations!

This place was very clean and up to date with modern amenities. Plenty of supplies (paper towels, tp, hand soaps, etc) and tons of beach amenities (wet suits for kids and small teenagers, boogey boards, beach chairs, bikes and helmets, ez-ups, etc). There was an empty garage for your car(s) and every night there was a parking spot out front on the street within 50 ft of the house. Lisa was very responsive and super helpful with letting our big group in the two condos. Highly recommend it!

Best Weekend!

Lisa and her home were PERFECT!! We had 13 girls together, each with enough space and beds! We were a half a block away from the beach so for us coming in from Colorado, it was AMAZING! I reached out to see if we could check in a bit earlier and Lisa was so very accommodating, even our check out was extended a bit too upon request! We are already discussing doing this on an annual basis because we had such an amazing time, if there was an option to give more stars I would!!

Great rental property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately clean and extremely well stocked with laundry products, dishwashing and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper. The bikes, sand toys, chairs and umbrellas were wonderful and kept our children entertained. The hot water and water pressure were great in all bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The mattresses and bed linens were very nice. We had a problem with the oven and Lisa came within a few hours to check it out. She is so helpful and responsive. 5 star house and vacation!!

Family Spring Break

We rented both units (top and bottom) for our spring break with extended family. Location was wonderful, units were fully stocked (including the beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, etc) and host was great with instructions. The only thing I would mention is that the downstairs unit hears every footstep of the upstairs unit. So felt like we were tip toeing the entire stay. Also felt like there were a ton of rules to keep track of during our stay which took away aspects of relaxing on vacation. Other than those 2 things, the units were very nice.

Thank you for your review Yumi. I'm glad you enjoyed both units and all of our amenities. I'm sorry your family in the downstairs unit could hear your footsteps upstairs. I very rarely have complaints about this (and often separate groups rent each unit) but...it is the nature of having one unit above another (most rentals in Newport are set up this way). In regard to rules, I am bound by the city of Newport Beach to state the rules of vacation rentals upon renting the house, it's just part of having a business license with Newport Beach. I'm sorry that made you have a hard time relaxing. Most people don't have a hard time with these rules (no parking behind the garage, no loud noise or music outside after 9 pm, etc...). Unfortunately there are some people coming to the beach to party hard (loud, messy, parking in other peoples spots, etc.) so all of us in the business have to speak to the potential of those kinds of guests when stating the rules for fear we will lose our business license. 3 time's the charm

We like to take our family vacations in Newport Beach every couple of years, along with our kids, their spouses, and grandkids. First time we rented right on the beach. It was a bit noisy and furnishing were older. 2 years later, we rented a block from the beach. The accommodations were better but it felt a bit cramped. Still a very nice place. This most recent rental was further north of the other two, but worked out the best of all; our favorite place by far. It was roomy, with wonderful furnishings, and with a garage full of beach toys, boogie boards, and even a shade canopy with lots of beach chairs. We plan to be back in the years ahead.

Could not ask for more!

As a family that has been vacationing in Southern California for several years, we have never been as pleased with our stay as we have been this year. From booking, to our questions, to our stay.... every part of it was seamless and amazing. Lisa is by far the best host we have ever dealt with. She is quick to answer questions whether through VRBO, email or text, and is even quicker to resolve issues. We had only one small issue, she arrived very shortly after being contacted and resolved it. The home was exactly as described in the listing and immaculate. We have never stayed in a rental home as clean as this one and we appreciated that so much. It was well stocked with everything you could need and not having to pack our cars full of beach gear was an additional convenience. Everything you could want for the beach is provided. My grandchildren would like to personally thank Lisa for the heated outdoor shower! That was an unexpected luxury after years of being plunged into cold showers at previous homes! :D The location was perfect and away from all of the crowds which provided for a relaxing beach week...just what we wanted. Lisa, we will be contacting you soon to book next years trip! Thank you for everything!

We are a local family with 3 boys that love to surf! We spared no expense to make this house a dream to stay in. We manage our properties ourselves so no details go missed. It's so much fun to see our guests faces when we open the door and they are thrilled that the house looks even better in person. It's pretty awesome to be part of a family's vacation where they are building great memories. We've gotten to know many guests that come back year after year and feel lucky to be in this business.

Everything is top notch, new and in great condition. We do not allow partiers at our house and manage every aspect of the business so the house is always in great condition. We choose high quality beds and have the best windows and insulation so the house is quiet and comfortable. You'll sleep like a dream here. :) The house is spacious and comfortable for bigger groups. The area is so great, tons of amazing beaches to visit, great shopping, restaurants, etc....

Besides the fact that this house is beautiful, super clean, modern and comfortable we also provide everything you'll need for a fun day at the beach (chairs, boards, wetsuits, towels, beach cruisers, etc...) - just bring your swim suit! Unlike most vacation rentals in Newport we have AC and don't be fooled, you do need it. You'll also get the 2 car garage to yourself and it sure comes in handy during busy summer months. West Newport is the best kept secret in Newport. You are close to everything but out of ear shot of the chaos of the piers and bars. Its the best of both worlds! In 5 minutes you can be in Huntington Beach or on the Pier in Newport.
