Good Vibes and Tan Lines is an adorably decorated first floor condo with a cozy, coastal and an abundance of natural light! This first floor condo is located on the west end of the island and is just a short walk to the public beach access. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Don't leave your fur babies behind, this condo is pet friendly at $200 per dog, 2 max. Enjoy fun in the sun on the beach or sunbathe around one of the 3 community pools.

Yearly Family Vacation

Overall good vacation. Weather was very good. Resort was nice. Swimming pool water temperature was excellent not cold. Would stay again. 2nd time at this location.

Great location. Quick response to replacing a lightbulb in the bathroom. Close to pool, Intracoastal Waterway and beach. We stayed 4 nights and only got 1 washcloth each which was a little silly, so bring your own or plan to wash your washcloths.

Good Vibes and tan lines

The place was a 2 minute walk to the beach, clean and dog friendly. The only negative would be that the furniture was a little dated and the tv in the master wasn't working. I would definitely stay at this property again.

A lot of rain but place was nice. We did find a few dead roaches, I'm sure it was because they sprayed. Also a alive big palmetto bug. But overall great place location and love the water right off deck

Vacation

Nice location and amazing porch with rockers that overlooked a pond a with fountain. We sat out on the porch a lot when not on the beach. There was a nice oceanside pool. The kitchen was small and walls were very thin. Not the best layout with one bedroom across the condo from the bathroom. I got emails on three different days telling me to take the garbage carts out to the road which was a bit much for a building that had 4 condos. Not sure why that was only my responsibility.

A little small

We had 7 adults and a 10 year old and we were pretty crowded. I wouldn’t recommend for that many people unless it was more kids and less adults. Kitchen is small. The access to the beach is great, pool was nice but needs more lounge chairs. The use of the storage closet was very nice to keep beach stuff in. Umbrellas and beach chairs were provided. Traffic is terrible. Otherwise, overall nice stay.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The location of the condo was great with only a short walk to the beach. The condo was comfortable however for 8 people it made it challenging with only 2 bathrooms (which are small) for getting ready. The furniture is outdated and would recommend updating. The kitchen was small which didn’t allow more than 2 maybe 3 people in there fixing food so folks should consider this before booking. Inspect your dishes and silverware upon arrival as utensils were found dirty in a drawer when we went to use them. Not a big deal because we just washed them but housekeeping (or whoever is responsible for inspections) could do a better job of inspecting after renters leave. Our family had a wonderful vacation and we will be back to Ocean Isle.
