This stunning property is located just outside of Spearfish and only a few minutes from the new sports complex. It is nestled on several acres of tree-covered land and boasts an updated log home that can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Spend time in the lower level enjoying one of the many games at the game table or sitting back at the wet bar! You can enjoy breathtaking views and soak in the hot tub outside the walk-out lower level.

The main level of the house features a master suite with an on-suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The upper level is home to three secondary bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Two of these bedrooms have a private balcony. The upper level additionally has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Spend time in the lower level enjoying one of the many games at the game table. The lower level also offers a wet bar with a TV in the bar area as well. You can enjoy breathtaking views from the various outdoor seating areas available to you **(note: patio furniture is stored during winter months due to snowfall amounts possible in this area).

Guests have access to the entire house--no shared spaces.
High-speed internet is provided during your stay to accommodate your streaming and online needs with use of any of the SMART TVs located throughout the cabin.

Quiet, remote, peaceful setting on multiple acres of a treed lot.

Parking is available on the property.
Please follow the road signs and posted speed limits as the roads are curvy. Note that there are permanent residents of this subdivision with livestock and children, please no reckless driving on these roads.

Trailer parking IN SUMMER MONTHS ONLY-- please ask for attachment of a map if traveling to this property with a trailer to provide parking/easier access of getting in/out with a trailer during summer months only. NO snowmobile trailers.

Attention: We have a maximum limit of 8 guests. Please be aware that this will be closely monitored due to the strict regulations imposed by the Homeowners` Association (HOA). If you exceed our guest limit, you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and could also be liable to pay any additional fines imposed by the HOA.

FOR WINTER:
This area frequently experiences snowfall, which can make driving conditions challenging at times. We require all vehicles to have all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive for safe access to Lazy Elk.
If you choose to drive a vehicle that does not meet these requirements, we cannot be held responsible for any difficulty you may have getting around the area.
Your safety and comfort are important to us—please plan accordingly and ensure your vehicle is suitable for winter mountain conditions.
