Welcome to the Ferns! The perfect getaway for bachelor & bachelorette parties, friends' trips, and families! This 4 bed, 3 bath has the coolest vibes and is equipped with all the necessities for your trip. You'll love the open concept, modern style, and the rooftop patio with a view of the Nashville Skyline.
The rooftop is a "Must-See" - it has a large dining table for al fresco dining, and a great lounge area as well.

This property had all that we needed for our stay in Nashville. It is a little bit sketchy when you pull into the neighborhood, but we had no issues. I do suggest using Uber if you are going into downtown Nashville. The sheets were clean, there were enough towels for everyone, and we really enjoyed the rooftop.

I was on a girls trip to Nashville, it comfortably slept all 6 of us. The rooftop patio area was great, with a nice view of the city. Quick and easy Uber access, to get you to wherever you need. The hosts were great with communication and ensuring we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Business Trip

My business partners and I traveled down to nashville for a few days and this was perfect for a business group. The large table provided us a perfect location to conduct our business and far enough away from Broadway and the bustling areas where we could focus.

Great house, questionable location

The house was great and perfect for our group! The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. Some additional full-length mirrors would be helpful. The neighborhood is questionable though....our last Uber drive of the trip, we were told by the Uber driver that we were staying in "the hood" and we definitely believed it!! The empty lot in front of the complex is scary, the near abandoned lot to the right is scary, and some of the people walking around are scary. Definitely not an area where you could take a walk. That being said, there are a lot of new developments going up so hopefully the area will get better.

Celebrated 50th with friends in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville! The unit was a good base of operations for our trip. The unit is in redeveloping gentrified neighborhood. When we first rolled in to the neighborhood, it seemed a little sketchy... but we had no issues during our stay. When adjacent vacant lots get developed it will improve the first impressions. Unit clean inside. The multi-level 3 story with living room on second story was accessed from the carport. No real front door access. A fair bit of street noise, (more than expected) in bedrooms from Fern Avenue during AMs. We enjoyed the skyline view from the balcony. No real local grocery store within walking distance. A Dollar General a few blocks down the Dickerson Pike. Closest grocery store (Kroger) was 5 minute car drive away. No big deal if you have a rental vehicle. Hosts very attentive and responsive via VRBO app/ email with communication. All in all, I would give rating of 4.5/5.
