Saltwater cures all â this beautiful getaway home is located right on the canal with a Bayview where you can take your boat out and enjoy the local sandbars and islands. This property is just minutes away from the grocery store and a variety of local restaurants.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop oven, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The private outdoor area is furnished and offers aerial coverage for a shady spot to enjoy the stunning sunset! There is access to a BBQ and outdoor refrigerator as well as countertop space. You will have access to the private dock for a small boat or jet ski.
As per Monroe County Codes: All rentals should be for 28+ consecutive days and to the same tenant. It is unlawful for any landlord, tenant, agent, or other representatives to rent, lease, advertise, or offer for rent any dwelling unit for vacation rental use in any district where vacation rental use (less than 28 days) is prohibited.
