Situé au coeur de Key Largo dans une communauté privée avec 24 heures de sécurité, piscines, lagune d'eau salée, courts de tennis, aire de jeux, port de plaisance, plage et jetée de pêche.

Un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre, bronzer, nager dans les piscines ou la lagune d'eau salée, faire de la plongée, faire de longues promenades, pêcher et faire du vélo, avec une grande marina pour le canotage. La communauté mesure plus de 22 acres. La marina a des bordereaux pour la location.

À quelques minutes des superbes eaux de pêche du parc national John Pennekamp Coral Reef où vous pourrez plonger et faire de la plongée avec tuba parmi de nombreuses autres activités.

Notre lagon d'eau salée s'étend sur la zone de maison de ville avec une plage et des chaises longues pour votre plaisir. L'aire de jeux est idéalement située près de la piscine.

Ceci est une maison de ville avec trois étages, trois chambres et salles de bains. Il y a des vues à couper le souffle sur le lagon depuis les balcons donnant sur ce côté.

Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisson, la cuisson et le barbecue.

The condo is as described. Lots to do for younger and older children as well. There are two pools both were heated and comfortable. There were two kayaks for use in the lagoon but the smaller one had a crack in the bottom and unusable. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. We have rented this condo in the past and the only issue we had this time was the lack of kitchen paper towels, kitchen hand towels and laundry soap which we purchased at a local store. These items had been provided in the past. Lots of activities to do in the area as well as many places to eat. The host was available when needed. Would rent again.

There was ongoing problems with the plumbing in the kitchen that the owner kept saying he would fix after we left that really made it difficult to enjoy our stay.

Great location. Lots of space for our family! Grandparents, Aunt, and a family with very small people! Lots of room to spread out! 2 screened porches. Full service kitchen! Washer and dryer on the first floor- necessary for babies who change several times a day. We had a small problem with a toilet but the host fixed it quickly. Good restaurants in walking distance. Pools and a small beach/saltwater lagoon. Something for everyone!

Very nice place close to good restaurants and plenty to do the lagoon out back was nice

Would recommend property steps are a little steep if steps are a problem for you and two of tge bathrooms are tiny but it was a nice place in a nice area

Great location, with wide selection of close restaurants

Condo has everything you need for vacation. Close to alot of restaurants. Lagoon is added plus for swimming and snorkeling. The point was a nice place to watch the sunsets at night.

Great location, lots of amenities

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It had everything we needed. Its so close to fun things too. Walk to the local bar and watch fishing boats come in. Pick up some fresh fish for dinner. Short drive to pennekamp state park, glass bottom boat ride, kayaking in the mangrove, etc. We would stay here again. Security at the gate is smooth.

6 adults were comfortable in the house. Very clean when we arrived. Gate check in went smooth and a beautiful aquifer out the window.

Excellent location, owner easy to contact and great communication. Always felt safe and secure here. Beautiful location. Only negative was the beds need upgrades as they were not very comfortable but would definitely stay in this location again.

Keys Family Fun

We had a lovely time on our family vacation. We enjoyed our rental, the location was great & the unit was well equipped. The lagoon walk, little beach & pools added to the quality of our stay. We would recommend this rental for a stay in Key Largo. We might be back. ☺️

Very Relaxing

Great location the views and grounds were Beautiful, made some friends at the pool. The animals were a sight to see. The condo was just perfect. I would stay there again. We had a wonderful time.. Everything that you could want was there. Thanks for the memories.

Slice of Paradise

This is our 3rd stay at this unit. We love it! The owner is very responsive and the unit is very nice and comfortable. We swim in the pools and the lagoon and also utilize the tennis courts and jetty for fishing. This place has it all! I definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Cesar's place. He was very communicative. The house was exactly as described and well stocked (there were even pool noodles to bring to the pool). We loved walking on the long jetty by the marina in the neighborhood, looking out at the ocean. There are also chairs there to sit and take in the sunrise.

Amazing!

We really appreciate how welcoming this property is! There is something to keep everyone occupied. The grounds are meticulously kept and the location made it perfect to explore. If I had to pick anything to improve, it would to have better quality patio furniture, but we did not spend much time out there, but if we came during the winter, it would enhance the already amazing experience. Thank you for an excellent place to stay while on vacay!!

Everything was easy. Communication, check-in, and parking. The home itself was well equipped, clean, everything worked and it is what you would expect a beach town home to be. The property itself is very nice. I would have no reservations recommending this property.
