Park Shore Resorts, un emplacement de choix à l'ouest de Hwy. 41 (Tamiami Trail) se trouve à proximité des restaurants, des boutiques et du célèbre centre-ville de Naples. Il y a même un supermarché, pharmacie et poste local juste en face. Cette recherché communauté est également pratique pour la marche, le vélo, ou en voiture à proximité Clam Pass Beach. Il y a aussi un nouveau restaurant sur place,

Le complexe propose une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des unités. Un accès filaire à votre ordinateur est également disponible. Dans le hall, vous trouverez 2 ordinateurs et imprimante w / accès internet. Sophisticated condo

We had a lovely time this year at our condo. It has been recently renovated with a wine cooler and lighted glass cabinet with many wine and drinking glasses to choose from. It overlooks the water and we saw many birds over the course of the week. The master bedroom is spacious with an office desk and access to the outdoors. This unit is particularly suited to adults and for four of us, it was a perfect stay.

Perfect vacation

I vacation in Naples a lot, but this is the first time I have taken my 15 and 19-year-old beautiful granddaughters with me. We all had a blast.They said the unit was “bougie.” I felt save letting them go to the pool; the guests all seem nice, and the unit was beautiful. The hosts were kind, and I have always loved Park Shores area. I hope to create more moments with my grands here.

Great spot in Naples

Beautiful and clean condo close to beaches and walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The condo has a great pool and on site bar/restaurant. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Would come again!

This is one of the nicest arrangements we have had in our rental history in Naples. The owner has fully stocked this beautifully appointed location. A very relaxing experience including comfortable bedding. Would highly recommend.

The space was great with plenty of room for the three of us. The unit was very clean and welcoming. The unit had all the amenities we needed including beach chairs, towels, etc. the grounds were beautiful and we had easy access to the swimming pool , grilling area, etc. The on site restaurant was fabulous. Our lanai faces a pond with fountains and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Would definitely come back!

Updated, very clean and comfortable. Everything as advertised. Easy access to pool, BBQ grills and onsite restaurant Hogfish Harry’s which is excellent and has a great local reputation. Also, convenient to a couple of different public beaches. Not that big of a deal, but owner might want to look at possibility of upgrading the internet capacity. Periodic stretches of buffering and pixelation while using various streaming services on the living room tv at night that were a bit annoying at times.

Fantastic condo and well equipped

We had a 4-night stay and this turned out to be the perfect place. Traveling with a couple and a single adult, this layout is great with the 2 br with baths and the living area between. This condo is newly refurnished and well-equipped. Especially appreciated the provision of soap, shower gel, shampoo and an extra roll of TP. The property itself is beautiful- pool, hot tub and lounge chairs. We especially liked the pool because the beach was stinky due to red tide and fish kill. So glad we were not "on the water." Tammy was very responsive before arrival assuaging our hurricane fears. We have thoroughly enjoyed exploring Naples!

My wife and I have high standards and that perspective is reflected in our review. The is a lot to offer such as the pool and tennis area. The location is superb being close to Old Naples, grocery stores, and restaurants. The kitchen is excellent. The property managers are very responsive. What first struck me upon arrival was how the screen door slammed shut as we entered. What captured my attention next was a worn, plastic encased sign on the dining table. The sign stated “Please do not move the dining room table even one inch!! Thank You!!” Because the table is so close to the kitchen island, one would be tempted to move it to allow seating between the table and the island. The property manager said the owner did not want the table moved because it is heavy. My assessment is that while the table is somewhat heavy, the real issue is the flimsiness of the table. If the table were sturdy, it would have been no issue for two people to move. The ‘seating’ between the table and island is two stools – that are more like foot stools than seats. Some might think my commentary on the table is over the top. My issue is we could not sit as a family for a meal because of the way the table was situated.

Although I'm not necessarily surprised with your review, it's still disappointing to receive a three star review for a property of this level and for the incredible service we provide. You complained from the minute you arrived. I addressed all of your issues, regardless of whether they were truly warranted. I'm sorry that you didn't like the response provided regarding the table. The fact is that it's very heavy and dangerous to move. It's a logical concern from the owner's viewpoint. I even provided you with a gift card for any inconvenience you might have experienced. Meanwhile I had to pay someone to reprogram the TV after you created issues. The unit was left in such a mess that laundry had to be taken off site to complete. While customer service continues to be our first priority, there are clearly two sides to every story. In summation, I really do not grasp how a quickly slamming screen door (which was adjusted) and a request to not move a dining table justify a 3 star review. Respectfully, Itrip Management

The perfect Florida get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed the unit! It was clean and well appointed. The recently renovated kitchen is great and well stocked. We especially loved sitting out on the lanai with a comfy settee and table to dine. The resort property is also great with a pool just steps away. The resort's restaurant Hogfish Harry is a must! You may want to make reservations because of its popularity. To add to the location...the beach is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Our favorite beach is Clam Pass. Entrance fee is $10 but worth it. They have good concessions and golf cart accommodations for those who do not want to walk the mangrove boardwalk. All in the all this is a great place!

Just perfect

There were lots of thoughtful touches to make this condo comfortable for our weeklong stay. We enjoyed the Open kitchen, comfortable patio furniture, and large desk for workspace. And the location was great for eating out and walking to the beach. We would happily stay here again.

Naples condo

The condo was great. Everything was updated and very clean. We loved drinking coffee on the lanai in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The resort pool was very nice and provided towels. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler available in the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was excellent. Nice, clean, convenient location. Love the resort - tennis courts and pool. The whole process was super simple and we had a great trip. Highly recommend, and would use this condo/service again.
