Great location and beach view

This property was clean, bright and decorated tastefully. It provided a lovely view of the gulf, dunes and pool. The balcony was spacious and comfortable. Great restaurants nearby!

Had initially booked one property bit was informed prior to arrival that the unit's a/c was out and would not possibly be repaired before our stay. They were very accommodating and found us a different condo. Even though had to move to a second unit during that stay they made the transition very easy with minimal disruption of our stay. But friend would have been very miserable without a/c and they made it a great stay. I am not the greatest with names, but I believe the one who made it all so easy for us was Cullen. Thank you again and will definitely be using Legacy again in the future.

And if you plan to cook while there, you will need all the basics. Seasoning, oil, etc.

Grandmothers’ Quarters for Spring Break.

Reviewer Comments: The grandmothers enjoyed their stay in this condo while tagging along for spring break with us to enjoy all six grandchildren...from a distance. They said they wouldn’t change a thing except for the addition of a single serve coffee maker. They loved that they could see the ocean and the grandchildren at the pool from the convenience of their balcony. They were one easy flight of stairs to the ground floor even though the property had elevators. Nice boardwalk to the beach and only a 15-20 min walk to the pier and aquarium.
