Come spend some time in Summer Place #205, a 3bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo available for your family vacation!
This relaxing retreat is located on the Emerald Coast on Okaloosa Island which is known for its beautiful beaches and is less crowded as surrounding areas.
Located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this 3-bedroom 2 bath condo will sleep 9 comfortably.
The open floor plan allows you to engage with the family no matter if you’re cooking a feast in the spacious kitchen or relaxing on the comfortable couch.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything from home. There are all full-sized appliances in the kitchen and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The living room offers multiple seating options to relax in and enjoy the large 65” flat screen Smart TV or the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The couch folds out to a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The condo offers wireless internet included with your stay. The condo also has a Washer and Dryer, so you don’t have to worry about coin laundry.
The elegant Master Bedroom will make you never want to go home. The bedroom is spacious and features a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. The Master bathroom offers a large double vanity and a combination tub/shower.
The first guest bedroom offers a King-sized bed, ceiling fan and large flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom features a twin over a double bunk. Each bunk has it's own TV at the end of the bed! The guest bathroom has sink/vanity area and a combination tub/shower.
The balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. This private balcony overlooks the beautiful white sand and emerald green waters on Okaloosa Island.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so close to the beach. The kids absolutely loved the beach and pool. We would definitely consider staying here again some day.

Amazing

We were very pleased with our stay! Our family enjoyed all that SMP offered from the free beach chairs and umbrella, the 2 pools, and location. We had a blast and look forward to visiting again hopefully next summer. I highly recommend SMP go check them out and book a stay you will not regret it!!!

Labor Day getaway.

Owners were very nice, helped fix cable box issue in the kids room shortly after we called. Convenient location and nicely furnished with enough room for our group of eight. Short walk to the beach from the pool area which was never too crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip!!

Loved the unit! The property was kept very clean and everything was exactly as described. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. The owner was great with communicating and very helpful. We had a great trip and loved the complex, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience

The check in process was easy! And the property was available before the listed check in time! The property was very clean and homey! All the appliances worked wonderfully! The view was great, pool and hot tub were clean and so fun! The beach access was wonderful as well! Overall the experience was wonderful! We had a great time and would def stay here again! The check out process was also extremely easy!

A dream vacation

Amazing property that surpassed the listing and photos! Breathtaking views of the beach and ocean and within walking distance of one of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at (Stewby’s) as well as the Boardwalk which has many restaurants, shops and bars - quick drive to Destin as well. The walk from the property to the beach is less than 50 yards, the pools are even closer, and your beach chairs and umbrella are already set up for you by the time you get out to the beach. Property is large, clean, and cozy (we came with 8 and didn’t even need to use the pull out couch). Property owner is very helpful and communicative - both she and this property made this one of our family’s best vacations!

Best vacation ever!

This condo will definitely be used by us in the future. It has everything that you need and it is one of the cleanest that I've ever been in. The views from the balcony are amazing, & being on the second floor is so convenient! We had 2 couples and one single with us, & we all had plenty of room. There's plenty to do in this area and the grocery is nearby. The master bath is nice having double sinks & we love the sliding glass doors off of the bedroom. Our weather was just cool enough that we could open our door at night & sleep to the sounds of the waves. This has been a very relaxing vacation! Thanks Patty!

We had a wonderful vacation without any problems.

I rented our unit from the owner so it was an easy deal. Upon full payment, she provided me with key codes for parking, front door entry and exit instructions, internet passcodes, as well as what was provided in the kitchen. The only thing I think they should consider is replacing the master king mattress..... it’s time to toss and firm back up.

We stayed in unit #205 this year. It could really use updated furniture, new kitchen cabinets and updated bathrooms. The TV’s were nicer in this unit. The complex location allows you to walk to several restaurants. The 2 pools are really nice.

Awful unit; close to zero water pressure

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex itself is really nice; the pools are great; short distance to beach and ocean compared to most; beautiful view; small complex so no wait at elevator. However, the water pressure was horrible for a shower!!! A mere sprinkler!!! The baseboards need to be put back on; needs a big new paint job; our washing machine did not work; the unit next door had same issues but also no ice or water working from refrigerator. I was glad to get home and SCRUB!!!!! Sad to say ... paid way too much for this sub par condo. I rarely give negative reviews, but this was pretty bad.
