Our recently renovated home is close to UGA and downtown Athens! It is the perfect place for trips of any sort. With a KING bed, two QUEEN beds, and a FULL bed, there is plenty of room for you and your family/guests to sleep comfortably. Our home comes with keyless entry, a designated workplace, smart TV's, a fully furnished kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, games, a coffee station, and more! There is also a spacious outdoor patio to enjoy the weather and relax. Your perfect getaway is here!

I can not say enough good things about this property! We needed a place to stay last minute for a family funeral. This property was a perfect fit! We could all stay together for much less than multiple hotel rooms. It was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us to visit and sleep. The little details that they have thought of to make the stay great were amazing! I had taken extra tissue, towels, soap, etc. but I didn't use a single thing that I brought. There were even extra toothbrushes, Qtips, etc. and literally anything you could think of that you may need. There is a nice deck on the back that we used briefly but would be great if we had been staying longer. Even checkout was very simple and let us go about the day without stressing about a long list of things to do before checkout. My family also stayed. They too were very impressed with how clean it was and how well taken care of it was. My mother has mobility issues, but she was able to navigate the house with zero issues. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent and very timely especially considering that I had booked the day before we needed it. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say. I highly recommend this property.

Great place for a football weekend

This home was exactly as described! Very clean, little extras provided by host, quiet neighborhood. After spending the whole day at UGA for a football game it was great to come back to the house and spend the evening on the large back deck playing cards and enjoying our group. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants . The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was yet another great experience in a VRBO rental!

Family Visit

Property very comfortably accommodated our guests. Clean, spacious, welcoming, had games and refreshments, all toiletries, and full access to kitchenware. The location is safe and quiet and the fireflies were so beautiful to see at night while sitting on the balcony. Host was friendly and the communication was a 10/10. Anytime we visit again, we will be booking this property and this property only!

Family visit

Just a short stay in the area to visit some friends and see some sights. The Art Museum at UGA was interesting. We visited the Botanical Gardens, which were amazing, and ate at the Blind Pig Tavern, which I would recommend. We also spent a day in Macon touring Hay House and visiting the Tubman Museum and Ocmulgee Mounds. Both were fascinating. Highly recommend The Rookery near the Tubman Museum for a bite to eat.

Great one-night stay in Athens

A group of mother/daughters came up for a Gymdog meet, and had a great experience staying here! You can tell the owner has put a lot of time and thought into making this a cozy and inviting place. Plus, our girls loved the snacks, games, and abundance of fuzzy blankets! We would definitely rent here again.
