The perfect place to end the day! All the simple comforts of home. A big open front yard. Space to park your toys.

Queen beds in 2 bedrooms. 2 twin beds in the 3rd room. Big table for family dinners cooked at home or ordered in. This spacious non-smoking unit is the perfect fit for most groups!

The beach is just over the bridge. Minutes from Embry Riddle. Races and concerts at Daytona Speedway are nearby. Plenty of food, fun, and shopping options minutes away. Close to golfing and fishing. The property is easy to find and very delivery friendly!

An event venue is located right across the street for weddings, anniversaries, and other big parties. Look up The Palmetto Club for info. Plenty of room for a bride and her tribe to get ready in comfort. Large mirrors in 2 bedrooms.

For added comfort, we have a dehumidifier and an air purifier in place for air quality.

This home has a step up front porch with handrails and a step down into the boat bedroom.

My host was great, the house was cute, clean, warm. However the floor was very soft in many areas & we had fear of falling through the floor, lots of cracks in the flooring.

It was wonderful to host you. Yes, old homes have several layers of floors. Our sub floor is strong and safe but the layer in between the vynyl plank and subfloor is on our projects list, true to our coastal theme, it has waves. Unfortunately, a cancer diagnosis skipped the line. The plan is to gain some years through cancer treatment then get to the floor as soon as we do!

Host was a great communicator and very helpful. The house is a nice size with good amenities and comfortable beds and pillows. Fun decor! They also did a nice job with a dehumidifier and filter set up. We were in town for a race - it was a great location and easy to get back and forth from the track and to restaurants along the intracoastal area. The floor is not an issue. Would definitely stay again.

The house was fine but the floor was sinking in and the house smelled like mold and wet wood. The floor was actually caving in in some areas and covered with rugs. I read the description before booking and this information wasn't on the VRBO website listing anywhere. The only notification was on a paper once you entered the house. This is misrepresentation in my eyes and is very unsafe and unsanitary. Not too happy that this wasn't disclosed, if it was I would have never booked this stay.

Perfect little house!!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights with our kids while in town for a CrossFit competition. Everything was clean and ready for our stay, the owner was helpful and left clear instructions for our stay and what we needed to do before we left. There was plenty of space for the six of us, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Daytona Beach!!

Our stay was excellent. Property was well secured and touch pad entry was awesome as no keys to hold onto. The house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The Host made sure to have everything we needed plus more. Lovely place. Would stay here again.
