The eat-in kitchen has granite counters, a coffee bar, and a Keurig with complimentary coffee. The living room has a dedicated workspace, a 55" Roku smart TV, and 75 Mbps Wi-Fi. One bathroom serves the apartment. A complimentary pack n play is available. Free private parking (1 space) is included.

This is a second-floor unit in a multi-family historic home, so stairs are required and you may hear reasonable noise from other residents. Coin-op washer/dryer located in the basement, not in-unit. Exterior security cameras are present at the building's front entrance only. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM, with no early or late exceptions. Quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
