A dining room with a large table with space for 8 is located off of the kitchen. You can find 3 bedrooms on this level along with a freshly renovated full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and a large closet with lots of storage space. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a cute hanging swing, and a closet for storage. The final bedroom on this floor has a full sized bunk bed, with a dresser for storage, perfect for any additional guests.

Make your way down to the lower level of the home where you will find a great additional living space. Down here you can also find an additional bedroom with a full sized bed, and a second full bathroom. This bedroom has a dedicated workspace and lots of closet storage. The family room has ample seating and an additional TV. You can also find a small bistro table with seating for four, a spot for a quick meal.
ââOUTDOOR SPACEââ
In the backyard you will find a gas grill and two outdoor dining tables- an awesome spot for a summer meal by the ocean. A fire pit is also available in this backyard for guest use.
