Spend the day shopping, jet skiing or parasailing whatever activities your family enjoys! The Harshaw Beach House offers W/D, DW, DVD, wireless internet, ceiling fans, central air, a gas grill, a home phone and a deck. 1 full bath main living level, 1 half bath on the top floor. 1 half bath in the garage of the house - 2 showers in the garage (fully enclosed with h/c water). First Landing State Park access is across the road on 64th Street where you can go bay fishing and crabbing.

Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
