A convenient location close to Fenwick Island, and endless opportunities for on-site recreation await at this Bayville Shores townhome. Along with expansive views of the marshes, Dirickson Creek, and Little Assawoman Bay, this home is fully furnished for family comfort. While soaking in the views from the patio and deck, you may even be treated to a visit from local wildlife like blue herons, snowy egrets, and ducks. The head of the bed in the primary bedroom can even be elevated for guests to read or enjoy the view while blissfully lounging. Fenwick Island beaches and attractions, great golf, family-friendly parks, amusements, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion are all within a five-mile radius.

On-site, enjoy access to tons of community amenities including pools, a fitness center, a boat ramp, outdoor games, and sports courts.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4 pm.
Check-out time: 10 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity or parties. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fitness center is open from 6 am until 10 pm. A key fob is required for entry.
The fireplace is only available for rentals between October through April.
There is no cable TV. Streaming only with guests' personal login.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
