This home sits on a secluded mountain side just a few miles from the town Sylva, Western Carolina University. 20 minutes from Bryson City, Cherokee, Waynesville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Spectacular fly fishing, tubing and kayaking in the Tuckasegee River, plenty of hiking, WCU Sports or explore beautiful downtown Sylva.
Internet can be spotty at times due to the location.
No smoking allowed- If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
No pets are allowed at this property. There will be an automatic charge of $250 if an undeclared pet is found in the rental.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement
