Perfect for vacationers or business travelers seeking reprieve from the day to day hustle and bustle. This newly remodeled suite is complete with luxury features and gorgeous vaulted ceilings. Park in the driveway and enter through a private entrance where you can kick your shoes off in the mudroom. The adjoining laundry room is available for use when not being used by the owner as this is a shared space. Through the bedroom entrance you will find a very comfy queen bed that sits atop a cushy rug. Your private ensuite bathroom includes a luxury shower with pebble floor, heated bathroom floors, and plush towels. Enjoy the security of a locking bedroom door, smart TV, and a private sliding glass door into the back yard. The gas grill located on the back patio is available for use during your stay. This renovation was completed April 2018 and is simply stunning! Local Colorado nature themed in its decor and black out curtains to encourage your escape from the chaotic world around. A large mini fridge, gas grill, and single-cup coffee maker with coffee and tea are provided. Some snacks included. Breakfast is not provided. Are you a business traveler? Utilize the fold-down desk in the mudroom, comfy chair, and boosted wifi for taking your calls and working on your computer.

This amazing suite is located only a 15-minute walk to Historic Old Town Fort Collins full of fabulous restaurants, lovely shops, seasonal farmers market, and countless other events rotating throughout the year! Are you a CSU parent or prospective student? We are located a beautiful 25-minute walk to the heart of CSU campus.

Consider spending strolling along the Poudre trail and Poudre River at Lee Martinez Park. Go hiking at Lory State Park or to Horsetooth Falls. Take a longer drive up the Poudre Canyon to hike Young's Gulch followed by lunch on the patio at the Mishawaka (make a reservation ahead of time)

Hallo, die Wohnung ist exakt so wie beschrieben. Perfekt fĂŒr zwei Personen. FĂŒr drei ist es etwas eng. Wer zentralen Ort sucht und dort zu ĂŒbernachten ist hier genau richtig. Muss ich dort selbst zu versorgen, ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden.

It was a nice space. It had no flat surfaces to put anything unless you went outside so preparing food or getting takeout was difficult. The walk to old town was doable enough but it was significant.

Within walking distance of so much

I stayed two nights here and have to say it was perfect for me. The place is really beautiful inside and very clean. The host was super friendly and very communicative. The location of this place is perfect as it is within walking distance of so many restaurants, bars, and shops. I will absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and clean with a well appointed bathroom. We had been camping so being able to do laundry was a great bonus! The property is walkable to Fort Collin's Old Town which has a huge variety of great restaurants and lovely shopping. Property owners were very prompt to answer a question we had. We hope to be able to stay again in the future!

The Best Stay

The Ensuite was just PERFECT for the two of us. It was in a great location, the ensuite was clean, the bed and even sofa bed so comfy. The place is close to downtown and many restaurants. The ensuite had an adorable coffee and tea bar, microwave, dishes and plates. We felt so comfortable there and it was easy to communicate with the Property Manager.

Best place to stay in Fort Collins!

My husband and I loved how cozy the Ensuite Escape was! We used it as our getaway while I competed in Xterra Lory. The shower was my favorite feature, with a fantastic Blackstone floor and rain shower head, perfect for relaxing after a full day of racing!

Great Option Near Old Town

Clean, comfortable, and ideally located with parking make this a great option if looking to stay in/near Old Town. Comfortable bed with great linens make for a great night's sleep. Lindsay has put much thought into making guests comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again,nor should you!

Dave owns Elevated Design Build where he and his crew design & build custom homes, specializing in the ancient art of Timber Framing. Lindsay is an acupuncturist at The Traditional Chinese Medical Clinic in Old Town Fort Collins where she also practices Chinese Herbal Medicine and Functional Medicine.

Together we love walking to the Saturday farmers market with our dog and supporting our local economy. Using our bikes to commute often, we love spending time out on the town. Not to mention our love of hiking, live music, camping, and gathering with friends.

We look forward to connecting with you!

Located only 6 blocks east of College Ave and 10 blocks southeast from the popular College & Mountain intersection. Very close to CSU, only 8 blocks away!! Easily bike (5-8 minutes) or walk (15-20 minutes).
