Host was very communicative and friendly. Could be an incredible spot with an even better yard with a few more days invested into landscaping and upkeep outdoors. Minor cleanliness issues upon close inspecting, but nothing major. Nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, pool was clean, and the chickens were nice company. Overall good stay, would just like a slightly deeper clean prior to booking again. Worth the stay.

Home fit our needs well with beds, pillows and updated bathroom and kitchen fitting our needs well. Cleanliness of floors, windows, surfaces in living room could improve. Communication was kind and considerate and made us feel at home. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The inside of the home is cozy, comfortable, and has a warm, welcoming feel. The home is stocked with everything you need in terms of appliances, and while the damaged blinds could use attention, We did notice an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the home, which affected our overall comfort during the stay.The outside of the property would benefit from more upkeep. Gutters are hanging and The decks felt less secure than expected, the grounds were overgrown and could use maintenance, and there is no lighting in the back of the property. At night, the area is very dark, especially with the surrounding trees, which raised some safety concerns for us.

Beautiful property, had a wonderful stay. The area, the view , the home were all so beautiful. The outdoor furniture on the patio are a little dirty, as well as the pool. But overall, everyone had an amazing time and we miss it already!

Peaceful stay

Had a great time! This place was stocked with coffee bar, hot tub, great views, pond and chickens! The bed was super comfy too! It was 15-20min from great restaurants and the Dome where we attended a concert.The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely go back!concert.c

Great property near Syracuse

We loved the property. If i could give one criticism, it would be that there needs to be more outdoor furniture. Dining table, a few side tables and definitely some lounge chairs. The pool was so refreshing, the hot tub was great at night and in the early mornings. Our host was fantastic and great communication.

Once you got past the mouse traps and the strong sulphur smell from the water the interior was nice. It was relatively clean and there is anything that you might need in the kitchen. The outside was terrible the walkway was in shambles the steps were unsafe the screen door was hanging off the hinges. There were towels stuck around the air conditioner. It was very disappointing. We have had better accommodations in chain hotels. This was $ 250 a night which I am happy to pay for good clean service. The deck was unsafe the grounds were dangerous. Very very disappointed!!
