Our stay was wonderful! We golfed, hiked, ate great food and enjoyed this very special house! Little something for everyone! We definitely will be back!

The house was just as shown and described - very nice. It was a great place to get away and enjoy the surroundings. Loads of things to do and see! Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing House - Murphy's

Beautiful house with beautiful views. We could have stayed at the house and never left all weekend as there is so much to do with the game room, theater and outdoor decks, except we were introducing friends to the region for their first time. Would definitely stay here again if we have a large group.

Best place to stay in Murphys

I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was one of the nicest that I have stayed in. Beautiful home with great views of the hills below. House is spacious and very nicely updated. Great for big groups or a family looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Location is awesome and owner is very responsive. I will definitly look to stay at this place again next time i visit Murphys.

Beautiful & Spacious

There was plenty to do and more than enough space for my family. We loved just about everything: the large kitchen & dining area, the game room, the movie room, & the large deck with a gorgeous view. It's minutes away from downtown Murphys, & about an hour from Bear Valley. Communication with Trevor was excellent, check-in was smooth, and the house was clean on arrival. We did have a minor issue with one of the beds, but it did not detract from our stay. We all had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

The views took my breath away! The house was open and perfect for time with your closest loved ones. The location is perfect and we all had a comfy bed to sleep in. I cannot stress how perfect the views and location are. My only non 10/10 feedback is how unclean it was at check in. The floors were filthy, there was someone’s old dirty underwear under the bed. And the kitchen sink and living rooms chairs were pretty much brown. Regardless, we recommend this amazing home to everyone we know and would 1000% stay again .

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful and the house really is lovely. We loved the game room as well as the back deck! I think the house cleaning person was having an off day but considering everyone else’s review saying the property was clean when they arrived, I’m sure this was a one off situation. She didn’t sweep or change our sheets. The dryer had sheets in it that I’m sure was meant to go on our beds. All in all it was a great place and the owner was communicative and helpful.

Delightful estate near Murphys, California

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house less than two miles from Murphys. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood. The house is very well equipped with most everything one might need for a stay away from home. The main living area is very spacious and comfortable with great views of the hills around the house. The kitchen is well equipped, so cooking is a pleasure. It even has large pots and pans, which are not always available, even in big houses. The deck extends the living space so that fifteen people (that's how many of us were there for ten days) have plenty of space for different activities both inside and outside very comfortably. The game room, with a ping-pong table and a pool table, was certainly a hit with our group, not to mention the theater that provided entertainment also. The beds and the bedrooms are also comfortable! Communication with Trevor was excellent. He is very attentive, prompt and responsive. When looking for a large house again, I will definitely think of the Private Murphys Estate! We had a great time! Thank you, Trevor!
