Welcome to Misty Mountain Condo by Beyond Expectations—a peaceful and panoramic escape nestled above Gatlinburg near the Ober Mountain Ski Area. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers room for up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups seeking fresh air, wide-open mountain views, and a true Smokies experience.



As you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and open living space centered around a cozy fireplace and large windows that invite in the stunning mountain scenery. Step out onto the private balcony with your morning coffee or evening wine and soak up sunrise and sunset views that stretch for miles.



Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and another perfect for kids or extra guests. Two full bathrooms make it easy to refresh after a day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals at home, and there’s plenty of space in the dining and living areas to relax, reconnect, and recharge.



Outside, the community offers a seasonal pool, hot tub, shaded picnic area, and grassy lawn—great for unwinding or gathering with family. Located near the top of the mountain, you’ll be just minutes from the thrills of Ober Gatlinburg, as well as hiking trails, waterfalls, horseback riding, and scenic drives through Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Downtown Gatlinburg’s dining, distilleries, shops, and arcades are also just a short drive away.

We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Days to New Years Day.

All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. NO PETS ALLOWED!
