Terrific amenities in a newly renovated cozy Studio Guest Cottage. No stairs ! There is a small private patio for your morning coffees. Meander walking through the squares making your way downtown to the river or take the free tram to get around town.
You'll feel pampered being close enough to everything while still being away from the crowds.

Excellent Stay at Guest House Cottage

Our stay was excellent. The host was amazing, making the check-in and checkout process seamless. The guest house is wonderfully updated with all the amenities one needs. The location is great, easy to get to all attractions, with Forsyth Park only a short walk away. I highly recommend the guest house cottage.

This adorable property had everything we needed and more! There were nice touches everywhere, waters for us, and even a few snacks, coffee and fresh milk which we greatly appreciated! Thank you Joan and De for a great stay!

Savannah getaway

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Nice spot for a couple getting away for a few days. Loved the pool area and everything was with in walking distance, didn't have to drive anywhere.

Beautifully decorated and spotless!

Beautiful room and pool! The decor is perfect, it’s spotless and they have thought of all the details to make your stay comfortable. We plan to revisit soon when we visit our daughter at school in Savannah. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Gorgeous

What a fantastic space! The photos dont do it justice. Beautifully and stylishly appointed with a charming heated pool and courtyard. Excellent location a minutes walk to Forsyth park and restaurants. We want to say thank you to the host and we are already planning our return!

Carefully curated place

Everything is new, pristine and well thought out. The space has everything you need. The hosts are responsive. The spaces themselves are great, and they have individual outdoor spaces as well as the dipping pool which is an amazing oasis when it’s warm. A really beautiful place in a great location.

Like staying in a 5 star hotel

We stayed only for one night, but this place was by far better than anywhere else I’ve stayed before in Savannah. The owner thought of everything, so much thought and beautiful details. It made for a very comfortable stay! There was water, snacks, tea, coffee, and even cream for coffee! The bedding, pillows, towels, and robes were of quality…the decor was higher design so it makes sense this place is not for party goers, kids, or pets! Loved it.

Location is misleading

We received communication from the owners the day prior to our arrival indicating we would be able to unload our luggage in the alley, which is the location of the entry way however we would need to find a parking spot on a side street. We then used google earth to understand what we were dealing with. The rental is located at the back of the property, facing an alley which has numerous large garbage containers, three doors away is a gas station and without parking, being an elderly couple, we had concerns with safety. We reached out to the owners who indicated the listing mentioned the lack of onsite parking however upon a second review of the listing, we don’t see it. We asked for a full refund as we felt the listing neglects to provide a true description of the location and received one night only (booked for 2 nights) and they kept the cleaning fee when we did not even stay in the property. We drove by the location to see exactly where it was and do have pictures. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to upload. Overall, the property looks amazing, unfortunately opening into an alley, a gas station too close and no adjacent parking space made it impossible for us to stay.

We are so sorry this did not meet your specific expectations. We do not charge a cleaning fee for anyone. We've not had any issues with our Pool House in the past even with older couples. The site definitely says no onsite parking. Your last minute cancellation put us in the bind of not being able to rent those 2 days. We did what we felt was fair and both took a hit. Savannah has many LANE fronted homes. You can't please all the people all the time is the moral of this story.

De and Jane are recently relocated from Manhattan. An Architect and Broadway Stage Manager respectively we are here to slow down, take the time to meet new people and share experiences. Our mutual love of spaces, art, music and theatre have informed the newly renovated Victorian home and Resort that we have created. Low Country with a sophisticated New York City vibe.

The Victorian East Neighborhood is both quiet, bucolic and accessible to all things Savannah without being in the middle of the Tourist hustle and noise. A free tram can get you down town and back quite easily and the Neighborhood itself hosts a bevy of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and Forsyth Park one block away. We also are two blocks from the only downtown Grocery Store. Kroegers which is large and sells beer and wine and has a Starbucks tucked inside makes our location the best of all.
