On the ground floor with private entrance, this space is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway or travelling executive. The living area with comfortable seating area is open to the dining room and kitchen. Extra high ceilings and an open floor plan make the space seem quite spacious and inviting. Big screen smart TV with lots of streaming options. Queen size pillow top extra comfortable bed. Ultra modern bathroom with big walk in shower. And a private courtyard with seating!

This cute cozy cottage was exactly as described! I specifically chose it for the excellent location, which made it within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The host was very responsive and attentive to my needs. I was a little worried about parking but actually it was very easy and most of the time I could park right outside of the cottage! I would highly recommend this location for a couple looking for a relaxing Savannah vacation!

House is on a very pretty street and is within walking distance to all the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit. The interior decor is very cute and there is a great private patio where we enjoyed a glass of wine. Premises were spotless and there was very nice bathroom. We had a minor issue and host was quick to remedy it. I would not hesitate to use this VRBO on a future visit to Savannah.

Perfect location for us to explore downtown! A few odd things about the layout of the place, but good enough for my partner and I to relax in when we were tired. Wish the outdoor patio would’ve been more presentable to sit out in the cool mornings due to the excessive leaves when we checked in and an overturned/buried chair in the leaves, but overall the stay was nice!

I love this property because of its superb historic district location. Close to everything but a little off the beaten path in a quieter side of downtown. This space is so open and airy with a comfortable courtyard space too. Perfect for short term or long term getaway.
