Adorable, immaculate condo with linens

Adorable, immaculate 2nd floor condo features 2 bedrooms (master with comfortable queen bed and room darkening blind; 2nd bedroom with bunk beds & living room with queen sleeper sofa), beds made up for arrival (this sets us apart!) and towels provided. Eating area seats 4 ,1 full bathroom & 1/2 bath, well-outfitted kitchen with fridge, stove, d/w, microwave, flat screen TV with chromecast. Bosch W/D. A/C, fans. Secure high speed wifi in unit. Linens & towels provided. Beach chairs, umbrella & boogie boards for kids; family games.
Swim indoors or out or soak in the hot tub in the club house. Goose Rocks Beach is 1 mile away to which you can walk or bike -but we recommend you purchase a weekly parking pass from from general store/town office to park at beach. (2023 weekly passes $100; daily $25.)
In addition to wifi in unit, wireless is available in clubhouse as is television and games room. The property is set back from a rural tree-lined road, Route 9, which connects many charming seaside beaches and villages. There is much to do in the area, and the indoor pool is a good insurance policy against rainy weather.

We have NEVER had pets or smoking in our unit. Please note: Saturday changeover and weekly rentals only. Due to rental restrictions and allergies, absolutely NO PETS, sorry. Maximum occupancy 4--strictly enforced. Sorry--no day guests and no e-bikes.

Beautiful stay!

This property was perfect for our active family! Close enough to our favorite beach, Gooserocks, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, volleyball, basket ball! Allison was an amazing hostess, greeting us personally with bagels! She was always available by text if we needed her (which we didn't because everything was so perfect). It was in the 90's all week so having AC was a blessing! She also provided beach chairs, toys, raquets! It was such a great week, so thankful for Alison making it that way!

Great Place to Stay

This condo was perfect for me. Alison was there to greet me when I arrived to walk me through the condo and to make sure I knew where everything was. It was set up well and in a great location - close to the beach, close to fun shopping in Kennebunkport, close to Saco and Biddeford if you need city. The weather was beautiful while I was there, so I was mostly at the beach and didn't use the on-site pool (indoor or outdoor). I loved it that they were there, if I wanted to use them. I had to work while I was there and the wifi made that possible. I'll stay here again! Karyn

Wonderful place away from home

We had a wonderful time in this lovely little home, away from home. It has everything you would need to make your stay-over as comfortable as possible. The pool facilities and clubhouse gaming room was a perfect fit for my family. This apartment is conveniently located to several idyllic beaches and many little shops, restaurants and hang-out spots in the area. I definitely recommend Alison's place for young family's or adults seeking an enjoyable vacation.

Great place, great location!

Our family of four (a teen and an eight year old) enjoyed a great week! Alison was super responsive and it is obvious she treasures her place and wants people to enjoy it as much as she does. The apartment was immaculate and just the right size for us. The amenities at the clubhouse provided lots of great options for the kids to have things to do rain or shine. Awesome dairy located right next door with ginormous portions! Close to Goose Rocks Beach and a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport and other Maine attractions. We've been renting in the area a few years in a row and have finally found a place we would definitely return to year after year. Thanks Alison!

Lovely family condo

Thank you Alison for sharing your lovely condo with us. We had a wonderful family vacation at the GRB resort. The condo was inviting, very comfortable, clean, well maintained, and had absolutely everything a family would need. We really appreciated the little extras (e.g., kitchen spices and staples for when you only need a teaspoon) and not needing to bring our own linens. Alison, the owner, was fabulous, and provided a wealth of information about the area and family friendly activities. Thank you for the delightful bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived!

Great family vacation spot!

We loved the location of this condo, it is so close to the beach. The kids loved the resort amenities, especially the pools, and being able to walk next door to get ginormous ice cream cones (Goose Rocks Dairy!) was a pleasant surprise. The condo was cozy and well-appointed, and an excellent home base for the week.

A wonderful place to stay

Our family loves to stay in the Goose Rock Beach area. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children(11&12)). The condo is a short distance to the beach. It is also not far from downtown Kennebunkport. The condo was fully equipped and nicely maintained. I love that it had a washer and dryer and 1-1/2 bathrooms. The owner, Alison is wonderful and made us feel welcomed.

Amazing location - super clean - just perfect

This condo is our favorite destination for summer vacations! Located only 2 minutes by car to one of the best beach around, it is ideal for family or couples wanted nice and relax vacations. The unit is super clean; it includes everything you need from washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC, high speed internet... We are very satisfied, this is the fourth time we are renting from the owner, and she is very nice and delivers the unit on-time... There are indoor/outdoor pools which are perfect with kids, people are very respectful and it is super quiet day/night time... I recommend this unit and owner; it is always a great pleasure for our family to spend some time in GRB... And don't forget, there is the best GRB & KPT ice cream spot just few steps away from the resort, super popular at night, they serve huge portion...

Goose Rocks family vacation

This condo is located 5 minutes from Goose Rocks Beach (30 min walk) and near all services. The property is well-maintained and very functionnal. The listing is very accurate and the information provided by the owner was very helpful. We were impressed by the quality of the amenities (pools, tennis court, clubhouse etc). Quiet location, perfect for families with children.

Adorable condo in Goose Rocks Beach, Kennebunkport

The owner is very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed. The property is well located only 5 min by car to the beach. It is secure and perfect for families with kids or teenagers with its pool, tennis court and activities at the clubhouse. The condo is clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed are stay there and will probably go back next summer.

I first visited Goose Rocks Beach as a mother's helper at age 16. Little did I know then, living in Montreal, that I would end up making Maine my home. I have visited many communities throughout this amazing state, but it would be hard to beat Kennebunkport for its beauty and variety of things to do.
Favorite things to do in the area: power-walk the beach, body surf, read on the beach or by the pool, looking for that quirky little find at Arundel flea market, hiking Mount Agamenticus, blueberry-picking (and making blueberry bread), eating Alisson's clam chowder, sipping a crisp, white wine at happy hour...

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The area is just so great for exploring. I LOVE to walk the beach, 3 miles at low tide each way. I never tire of it. There is so much natural beauty in the area, and the condo is a nice place to come home to after a day in the waves, blueberry picking, flea market shopping or lounging with a good book.
