Great value for condo au dernier étage avec vue sur l'océan et accès à la piscine

Le complexe Reefs II de Carolina Beach abrite ce condo économique de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Cette section de l'extrémité nord est calme, résidentielle et proche du quai de pêche de North End ainsi que du parc Freeman ... apportez donc les 4 roues motrices et emballez les cannes à pêche!

Situé en face de l'océan, ce logement au troisième étage dispose d'un grand pont ouvert avec vue sur l'Atlantique, un endroit idéal pour bronzer et se détendre. Abordable et paisible, cet appartement basique et un peu démodé de 2 chambres est une bonne option pour une escapade à la plage. La chambre principale a un lit queen et une salle de bain privée tandis que la chambre d'amis a un lit double et un accès au petit balcon donnant sur la piscine. Il y a une grande piscine disponible sur le site. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur. Animaux interdits. 2 places de parking disponibles sur le côté ou derrière le bâtiment. Absolument pas de parking sous le condo. Loue samedi à samedi

My wife and I enjoyed our six night stay. The place was comfortable with plenty of room, we felt right at home. Easy walk to the beach right across the street. The condo is on the top floor so walking up 4 flights of steps was the worst part but worth it in the end. I would stay there again, despite the steps.

Great Location for Family Beach Stay

Unit was clean, right across from beach access point, great pool for kids, loved having washer/dryer. My son and boys had a great time.

This condo was great! Very spacious and clean. We had plenty of space for the whole family and enjoyed the large outdoor areas. Very close to the beach! We oiled love to stay here again!

Nice place with a pool. The sliding door to get in was a bit hard to deal with, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Was perfect weather. Quiet location with other families with children. Great pool for when surf was too rough for littles. Only downfall Carolina Beach parking fees just outrageous.

My stay in Carolina beach was fantastic. The unit was conveniently located to my event at freedom park, you can walk to the tiki bar and beach in 5 min. The unit was a little outdated, but that was fine for what we needed for.

Well equipped and comfortable.

Property was nice, had everything you’d need and location was great. Loved the pool and on-site parking. Our unit had an issue with entrance door so the only way in and out was through a bedroom. Not ideal at all. This should be fixed and some minor updates made also.

Our vacation went well. The fish weren’t biting but that’s ok. As far as the condo it was mostly clean. The furniture in living needs replaced and the kitchen definitely needs a remodel. It’s fine if your going to eat out every night but we love to cook.

Hi Bradley - Sorry the fish weren't biting for you. I suggest the fall is the best time for the fishing around here. Also - this unit offers a great value. Once the homeowner decides on a remodel, the price is likley to increase. Next time when you book, please contact us directly. The condo was very clean and the beds had fresh linens. We were provided plenty of bath towels for the week which was very nice. The location is very nice, safe, quiet and across the street from ocean front. The balcony was nice to sit on in the morning to have breakfast and listen to the waves. The only downfall was that we experienced two dirty frying pans and a dirty pot in the cupboard. In regard to kitchen ware, my suggestion would be to throw out some things there and get some new as the ones there aren’t in the best condition and provide a little more than what is there. There weren’t really any decent pots or pans to cook with. Also, if you are older or have knee/leg problems, this condo definitely is not for you as it is located on the 3rd floor and has a TON OF STEPS to climb. We did have a very smooth week while we stayed here though- no problems or issues.

Great little place.

Loved the location for the $$, although the 4 floors of walk-up was pretty hard on us 67/70 year olds. Wouldn’t do that again. Also furniture was old and kind of dingy but that was to be expected....closets were locked shut, so no where to actually hang clothes , but, we really enjoyed ourselves. But we had fun, saw our kids and grandkids and would do it again.

John - thank you for the review of Zwolak. This condo has 2 bedrooms with 1 closet in each bedroom, the ocean side master bedroom walk in closet is unlocked for guests use. The 2nd bedroom with attached shared bathroom, that closet is locked for the owners personal items. Not sure what you mean by "closets seemed to be nailed shut". Wonderful to hear that you enjoyed your time at Zwolak. Yes this property does have a few steps to get to the condo, but very much worth it once you get to the top and see that beautiful view of the beach.
