Perfect immaculate rental weekend for first spring weekend

Delightful rental. Very well appointed. Everything you could need to entertain and enjoy—even two fire pits. Quiet with a lovely lake view, check in was smooth through the rental company, guard gate and very easy and well laid out house directions and local info. Already thinking of renting again.

Disappointing 60 days

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was old and not very clean. The carpets were awful. It was very over priced. The pool was located right through the front gate with very narrow walkways that were almost dangerous. The linen was old and stained. The third bedroom was more like a closet with no windows. Completely unsuitable for guests.

Our home has been upgraded with new linens, a new TV in the living room and the office has been converted into bedroom helping the home to sleep 8 people very comfortably. Feedback like this has helped the owner create a true oasis for the past year. We look forward to showing off the new upgrades and cleaned carpets to our future guest.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large, spotless and extremely well-equipped and beautifully furnished, the lake view was stunning, the pool area was great and the management was wonderfully responsive to a few minor issues/questions that arose. The media system in den could probably use a little updating, but that was minor issue. We would happily return for a relaxing time, and would recommend this lovely property to anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable, secure and picturesque retreat.

Great House with all the necessities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here for Stagecoach. The house was plenty big and roomy for everyone in my group to feel comfortable having their own space. The pool and spa were great and easy to work. Having the lake in back was an added treat as we were able to do some fishing and relax during the day. Only complaint would be that its a little too far from the polo grounds to walk to the event, but we knew that going in. Highly recommended house as a place to relax and enjoy some time in the desert sun.
