The space
My newly renovated home is in the heart of the theme parks, minutes to Disney, Universal, and the rest Orlando has to offer. 2,342 sq ft, it’s open and airy layout can accommodate up to 10 people.

The home is furnished with brand new MLILY mattresses, and an Article sofa. 2 remodeled modern showers are highlights as well.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find new stainless steel appliances, silverware, pots, pans and plates for your stay.

All bedrooms, the living room, and game room have new Roku TVs. The drive-in themed movie theater has a 10 ft projector screen with a Retro 1957 Chevy Car Sofa shipped from a Gallery.

In terms of amenities - pool, spa, arcade games, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, blow dryer, towels, soap, paper towels, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

2 King Beds (downstairs), 1 Queen Bed (downstairs), 4 twin beds (upstairs). Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom.

The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional daily charge (just $50 a day). A visit from Disney/Universal characters, and a private chef can be arranged for an additional cost as well.

At no additional charge, 2 Summer 3Dmini Convenience Strollers, one high chair, and one Graco Pack 'N Play playard are available to use. Please notify me before arrival if you'd like to use any of these, and we can arrange to take out of storage.

You'll have everything you need for a very comfortable stay!

Other things to note
In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with five exterior cameras, including a camera in the pool area. The pool camera is to ensure that the pool cleaners are doing their jobs, and for emergency situations.

A refundable security deposit may be required for booking.

House was not very clean. Our babies clothes got very dirty from crawling on the floor. Had to pay to heat the pool and hot tub. Hot tub wouldn’t heat at night. Great location to the parks.

Good location in Windsor Hills close to Golf and Disney Parks. Beautiful property with lots of amenities and updates. Great communication with host.

We had a great stay. Communication with Alex was very good. Property was recently remodeled, clean, and had nice amenities. Very close to Disney and in a nice gated community.

Great House

Nice place in a gated community, felt safe, beds were very comfortable, great AC, lots of room for active to spread out, would book again for sure. We’ve rented many of these in Orlando, first one with cold AC and good bed. Book it.

Wonderful Stay

My family enjoyed a very relaxing week! The host was quick to communicate and remedied any issue we had, which was essentially having an issue with one streaming service. The home was as described, very clean, and exactly as expected. Will definitely stay here on future vacations?

Great Week of a Family Vacation

The property was awesome. Everything was clean and as described. Short drive to all of the parks and shopping centers. The pool was amazing after some hot days of waiting in lines. 100s of dining options within minutes. The clubhouse pool and waterpark were a hit with the kids on our days off of park hopping. When the kids went to bed we had a great time playing the gaming systems and arcade games. Alex was very easy to get ahold of whoever we needed anything. Awesome awesome vacation we look forward to returning some time soon!

Great place for two families of four.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The location was ideal. The resort pool and tennis courts were easy waking distance and the drive to grocery stores and Disney was quick. The house itself was as advertised. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the size of the house allowed our two families of four to be together and apart when needed. The host was always quick to reply to any needs or questions. We’d definitely book this property again.

Amazing Home and Owner

Alex, the owner, was great and responded quickly.His home is ideal for families with kids. Each room had a bathroom. The pool was amazing and the home has a field behind it instead of another house. Check in was quick and easy. The home is less than 5 minutes from Disney and you do not have to get on the interstate to get there. You are also less than 3 miles from Walmart, Publix and any restaurant you can want! We will stay here from now on if it is available.

Great stay!

This house was great! Lots to keep the kids entertained! Arcade games and movie room were a hit. Pool and hot tub were amazing. We paid to have it heated and it was nice and warm! We did not use any Xbox or Nintendo games but had that option also. The Windsor Hills resort was great too. Resort pool was amazingly warm and everyone was nice and welcoming! Alex checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and he was very quick to respond to messages!

Best House in Window Hills!

Our family has stayed in multiple house rentals around Window Hills and this one is by far the best. The air conditioners worked amazingly during a hot week average 97 degrees. Most houses barely cool down and become humid. The beds were all amazing. Updated kitchen and showers made it feel like a high end resort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all types of pots and pans. The spacing is well spread out. And the playroom was AMAZING for my kids. House was clean the second we arrived with no crumbs or dirty sheets. Truly the furst time we stayed a perfect house without any issues. This will now be our go-to house whenever visiting. Amazing job by Alex and his quick responses. BW, its also within 15 minutes of Disney World so location is ideal. The resort itself also offers plenty of amenities including a water park and multiple playgrounds.
