We have stayed here before and always enjoy the place. Perfect for our kids and grandkids. Balcony is great for beach viewing. Access to the beach is simple and easy with the new public boardwalk next to the property.

This Condo is a Prime property at a reasonable price. Super clean throughout with well equipped kitchen. Spectacular views of the gulf from the balcony. The only detail, and I mean the only detail I found that needs attention is the measuring cup in the kitchen has illegible markings . A perfect stay for us!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, which had such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the sunrise each morning was a highlight of our trip. The unit was impeccably clean, featuring crisp linens and a flawless central air conditioning system. We also appreciated the convenience of having laundry facilities on every floor and a kitchen that was well-stocked with all the necessary cookware. For future guests, just remember to place your parking permit on your dashboard! The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, making our stay incredibly convenient. Check-in was effortless. I provided my information online prior to departing from home. I received a text with the entry code and went straight to the unit. The unit was clean and well furnished. Beachfront location with a great view of the gulf and beach. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. Check-out was simple. Just entered a code on the keypad. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay. Thanks to our host for everything.
