This is the perfect place to stay if beach time is your main focus when going to SPI. The location, the easy and close access to the beach is THE best! The condo was a bit dated but clean and has all essentials. The view is amazing from the balcony. A/C was great, shower pressure, comfortable beds. I definitely will be back!

If you are looking for the perfect view and value proximity to beach front opputunity, than this unit is an absolute must. It was like a home away from home. It does show that it has been lived in….multiple stays from guests, the purpose for my visit was to enjoy the beach and the room was perfect!

Great for our short trip! Beautiful view!

We booked this property for a short weekend trip as a family to get away and relax. This place was perfect. The view of the ocean from the balcony was incredible, and relaxing. SPI has so many fun things to do, and much better weather than where we’re from.
