We prefer a 7 night stay if more than 12 months away,
5 night stay if more than 9 months away if including a weekend
4 night stay if more that 6 months away if including a weekend
3 night stay if more that 3 months away if including a weekend
2 night stay if more than 30 days away if including a weekend.
Damage Deposits refunded up to 21 days if damages are present for rentals do not include a event damage deposit that is refunded for up to 14 days of $500 per cottage and $1500 for 4 story location.
