The space
The home is a 1,358 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath two story updated/remodeled cottage inspired home. The brand-new kitchen is the heart of this home which opens to the delightful dining area. The dreamy new kitchen showcases a tuxedo color-coordinated black and white cabinetry, designer tiled backsplash and sleek quartz counters along with stainless steel appliances. Plenty of natural lighting, designer light fixtures, ample seating, and a vast peninsula island make this a perfect space to hang out, eat, entertain, and create your culinary creations. The entire interior of the home with the exception of the closet in the den/loft area is the owners closet for storage. You will not have access to the detached one car garage due to owner storage and use.
Other things to note
Perfect for traveling nurses and Med Center Students (Close to major hospitals) This home is a 60-day minimum stay. Owners are working on finishing the front and backyard landscaping (as the weather permits), the staircase to the upstairs is a little steep, there are two bedrooms downstairs and one up. Due to the age of the home, some floors do squeak
