Venez jeter un coup d'œil à notre villa récemment rénovée avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et de sa propre salle de bain avec sa propre télévision haute définition et système de divertissement. La chambre d'amis comprend un lit double, des lits superposés (y compris un lit de taille standard) et une télévision haute définition. Le salon confortable est meublé avec de nombreux sièges et un écran plat haute définition avec 5.1 système de son surround Dolby et un espace bar. La cuisine gastronomique est chargée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et divertir! Les propriétaires adorent se divertir, donc vous n'aurez jamais besoin de verres supplémentaires ou d'ustensiles de cuisine. La villa dispose également d’un garage reconverti appelé «MAN CAVE» avec son téléviseur haute définition et son foyer électrique, idéal pour se détendre, regarder un film ou regarder un film ou profiter de l’atmosphère amusante, que la porte du garage soit ouverte ou fermée. Le patio comporte des sièges en plein air et un grill prêt à vous permettre de savourer un repas en plein air. Vraiment un endroit magnifique pour sortir des tours ou des Floridiens à la recherche d'un "séjour".

La villa est située dans une communauté fermée sur la plage de Siesta Key, juste au nord du pont Stickney Point. Les motifs disposent d'une piscine chauffée, club-house, plage privée et chaises de plage fournis. Notre villa propose également des chaises de plage, une glacière, des jouets de natation, une radio blue-tooth et un wagon de plage pour transporter tout cela sur le sable! C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et passer du temps avec la famille!

La villa est disponible pour un séjour minimum de 4 nuits. Les réservations de 7 nuits ou plus donnent droit à des frais de nettoyage de 150 $! Les tarifs varient tout au long de l'année. Tous les clients doivent avoir 25 ans ou accompagnés d'un adulte ou d'un tuteur légal.

As frequent visitors to Siesta Key, we’ve stayed in many different rentals, but this villa was one of the best. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the heated pool, and there’s plenty of available parking right outside the villa. We encountered a few issues while we were there, and the property manager, Kat, resolved things quickly and thoroughly. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved this villa for our family! It was so close to the beach, very easy walk for our five and four year old! The house had everything we needed including a beach wagon and sand toys for the kids. We were pleased and hope to go back someday!

We really enjoyed the property. For a winter getaway, being outside was key! We loved the patio (furniture is beautiful), ease of walking to the beach, and beautiful property. I hope to rebook for next January!

By far the nicest place that we have stayed during our visits to Siesta Key. A short walk to the beach and to the pool. The owners have thought of everything. We felt like we were in our own kitchen. We will definitely be booking again.

Amazing home away from home

Villa #7 was amazing! By far the nicest on the Key, came equipped with all the necessary amenities. Nothing but your clothes & swimsuits are needed. The man cave is an awesome additional space to hang out. Will definitely be back!

Well appointed Villa steps from beach

Great Villa with more than enough amenities and all clean and well maintained. Ayla excellent communicator at the business end of arrangements. Siesta Key proximity to Sarasota a plus and oyster bar within walking distance a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend but somewhat sheepishly since we would like to return.

Amazing vacation

This is our second time staying at this Villa , we had everything available for us to use. It was very clean and quiet, close to restaurants and stores and easy access to Crescent beach which was absolutely beautiful. The Manager was very easy to get a hold of and great communication. I brought my two grandsons and they loved going to the beach every day. We will definitely rent again for next year’s vacation.

Loved the house and especially the location. Great setup for our kids who are local can come by and hang out or spend the night. Grill needs heavy maintenance so while there is one, well it needs reconstruction.

This is a beautiful property and they have everything you need, my only suggestion would be directions on the operation of the remotes in living room, example surround sound etc, could not figure it out and would have loved to check it out. The garage was great for the kids and the furnishings were beautiful. Thank you

It is the perfect place

My husband, mother, 3 kids, and myself stayed in Villa 7. The Villa is as perfect as pictured. Very clean and roomy. My entire family loves it there. It is a short walk to the pool and to the beach. Kat is very helpful with keeping you updated and responds quickly. We look forward to spending many more vacations here. I would highly recommend choosing this Villa. Best Villa

We have stayed in a few of the villas at Crescent Arms, and this has been the best, by far. From the location (closest to the beach), to the amenities (cart, chairs, ice maker, man cave)— we had the best trip! We had four kids in the spare bedroom and they had plenty of space. The unit is beautifully remodeled, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The owner was very quick to respond to messages; we will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa and location was perfect. We did have a maintenance issue with hot water heater at first but Anthony the handyman talked me through how to fix It. The kitchen has ants. We had to put food in fridge or microwave. I will probably come back.

AMAZING VILLA!!

From the moment we stepped in this beautiful villa, we felt like we were home. Spacious, very CLEAN was our first thought. Both bathrooms are perfect for a family. Fully stocked with towels, etc. The kitchen was also FULLY stocked with anything and everything you will need. The man cave was an added bonus along with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and bikes. Parking was never an issue with two vehicles. The master bed was heavenly and so comfortable, my husband wanted to take it home! Everything about this villa was beyond perfect. Highly recommend and we will be returning in the future.

You will have all that you need and more in this unit!!! So comfortable and cozy and clean!!! Just like home away from home! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a simple or a gourmet meal!!! Man cave is awesome and back patio is great for grilling out with friends and neighbors! Pack up the wagon with chairs and cooler and towels and head to the beach -just a few feet until your feet are in the beautiful white sand! There is even an ice machine in the man cave to fill your cooler so you don't have to buy ice bags or use all of your ice from the kitchen! They thought of everything here!!! Amy is a great property manager and answers any question or request you have!!! You will love your stay here and you will have a great vacation!!!! Don’t Plan On Grilling

One of the chief reasons we selected this villa was access to a private patio with an outdoor BBQ grill. It was extremely important to be able to cook meals without having to use a community grill during the Covid pandemic. However, the grill was basically useless because the 3 burner tubes which supply the gas flame were 90% plugged. It barely generated any heat despite all burners on high. I notified the property manager (Jennifer) and she offered no help. Said she’d have to contact the owner to see what he wanted to do about it. Then said he’d be unavailable for a week and we should just use the community grill. I sent a few pictures of the terrible condition of the “guts” of the heating components and she said she’d pass them along to the owner. Later that evening I received a lengthy text from Tom (owner) who basically blew off my complaints about the nonfunctional grill. He was very condescending and told me the grill was a “complimentary “ item and we should use the community grill. Despite several texts with pictures, he did nothing. He said if his “asset” wasn’t good enough for me we should leave the premises and receive a refund. We weren’t interested in leaving after only a couple days into our two week rental and only wanted him to make the grill functional for the bulk of our stay. After a couple more follow up texts to him he threatened us with eviction if he received anymore. We ended up leaving 3 days early. We’ve used VRBO for about 20 years traveling coast to coast and this is the worst treatment we’ve ever received by an owner when requesting help to fix a problem. We can’t wait for his reply which will most definitely be a completely different story. Our truthful review is a warning to potential renters if they ever find the need to approach the property mgr and owner about something that needs attention during your stay, prepare to be belittled, threatened with eviction and bullied. Beautiful villa

The villa is beautiful and is well stocked with almost everything needed. However, we had maintenance issues and had to be there to let people in three times in one week! This cut into our vacation time to see/do things. The repairman came and fixed a broken toilet paper holder, towel hook and replaced smoke detector batteries because they were beeping. He failed to address an issue with washer. An appliance repairman came later in the week and reset but stated unit needs replaced due to age. We found ants in the kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms and living room areas. A couple days later an exterminator came and sprayed. I’m glad the issues were addressed and the property manager was nice but it was annoying.

Stay in Siesta Key

The villa was wonderful for our family of five! It had everything we needed for the beach, and was such a quick walk to that perfect sand. We used the kitchen for numerous meals and it was well stocked with everything. The coolers, ice maker, wagon, etc were awesome. My kiddos especially loved all the funny signs in the man cave!
