Welcome to our home! across from south point hotel casino, only 7 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip and 5 minutes from McCarran Airport, this newly home has every amenity a traveler could desire. Whether you want to sit back and unwind, enjoy a romantic getaway, have a comfortable place to work or take a vacation with friends. This property boasts: free high speed Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu capabilities, washer/dryer,gas powered BBQ, a nearby Starbucks, Walmart, Chipotle and many convenient restaurants. We will provide you with tea and coffee, and bottle water. Other amenities include personal toiletries and laundry detergent. Enjoy 24 hour keyless check-in and plenty of parking. In addition to a California King memory foam bed and a Queen memory foam bed, we have provided 2 extra memory foam, mattresses (with bedding) to accommodate additional travelers (the couch is comfy too). Home was located in the perfect location & the home was beautiful & clean. All beds were very comfortable. The back patio was excellent for outdoor hanging out. We would definitely stay here again. The host was easy to communicate with as well. Thank you for allowing us in your home.

Silverado ranch

Big spacious and very clean home. Nice neighborhood, with home on the end of the block . Back yard has a busy street but a good brick retaining wall helps the traffic noise. It was a good fit for our group with easy location to the south west area.

Great location, clean and beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The place was clean and had comfy beds. The location was super quiet and close to the strip. The description says 5 bedrooms but in fact it is a 4 bedroom. Other than that i highly recommend this home.

House was in good shape and the owner was responsive to our needs. Had an issue with the front door code and he responded within 5 minutes. Only issue is with the listing accuracy, as VRBO lists it as 5 bedroom, when it’s actually 4 bedroom with total of 5 beds.

We drove 7 hours to get there, and we never received our entry credentials. Sat outside the unit 1AM, waiting for the VRBO admin to get intouch with the Owner. The owner never responded, and we had to secure other accommodations for the weekend. Hotels are easier to deal with and will continue down that road, I don't ever need this headache again!

We were also alerted that there were attempts to access the property outside of the provided check-in process. For security reasons, we rely on guests using the official entry instructions that were provided in advance. We were not contacted through the primary support channels at the time for assistance with access. We certainly regret any confusion and understand how frustrating travel delays can be, but from our records the access details were communicated. We are truly sorry

We stay in VRBOs every time we go anywhere and we're the type of people who Cook every Meal and like Home away from Home. This Beautiful Home was done with Care and it had everything you needed and more. Usually you go to a VRBO and they have hopefully the bare minimum this place had 4 of everything. We ran out of Propane because we were doing a lot of Barbecuing, I thought let me go to the Store, then I hit me this place has everything else let me take a look in the Garage. Of course they had another Tank. Best VRBO ever take my word for it.
