Exposition Ouest Rattlesnake Island Home avec des vues à couper le souffle (bateau requis)

Cette étonnante maison est située sur la pointe ouest de l'île Rattlesnake et vous offre des vues incroyables, des couchers de soleil spectaculaires, du soleil toute la journée et une intimité absolue en contemplant la plus grande partie du lac (The Broad) ou surplombant portes coulissantes en verre à prendre dans la vue.

Depuis le brise-lames, vous avez une vue à 180 degrés vers le nord, l'ouest ou le sud. Nager ou pêcher directement sur le brise-lames.

La maison comporte une cuisine faite sur commande avec le granit aiguisé noir et les compteurs de bloc de boucher, les appareils en acier inoxydable comprenant, les fours de GE, la table de cuisson de gaz de loup et les beaux coffrets de cuisine d'encart d'érable.

Le salon est immense avec trois portes coulissantes en verre donnant sur le lac et la cour avant!

La maison dispose de toutes les chambres situées au deuxième étage, avec la chambre principale étant un loft donnant sur le salon ci-dessous. Une deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit queen size. La 3ème chambre a deux lits doubles (pas de placard). Enfin, la quatrième chambre est parfaite pour les enfants avec des lits superposés. (Notez que vous devez traverser la salle de lit superposé pour arriver aux deux autres chambres et il n'y a pas de porte sur cette pièce.

Juste à la porte arrière est l'accès aux sentiers de randonnée intérieurs de l'île où vous pouvez monter jusqu'au sommet de l'île pour les plus spectaculaires vues sur le lac.

La vie privée abonde à cet endroit de l'île, car le lot voisin à droite et à gauche n'est pas développé donnant à votre famille une grande intimité.

Ne sous estimez pas l'avantage d'avoir une exposition occidentale qui vous donne du soleil toute la journée jusqu'au coucher du soleil.

L'eau provient du lac, comme la plupart des propriétés de l'île, alors vous devriez apporter de l'eau en bouteille pour boire.

Cette maison est située sur une île non pontée et un bateau est nécessaire. Les draps et le service de détritus ne sont pas fournis.

Cet emplacement est exposé aux «Broads of Winnipesaukee», vous devriez donc être un plaisancier expérimenté et regarder les vents!

Amazing experience

Our entire experience was fantastic. The communication and accessibility to the home owner was a big plus, he's extremely accommodating and helpful. The house is gorgeous and well maintained, great location, the view of the sunsets from the deck every evening can't be beat. Hope to be back again :)

Sunset Point

We had the most amazing and relaxing stay. The house has a lot of character and charm. You can tell the owners really love this house and care for it accordingly. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped w/ anything you would need to cook a simple or gourmet meal. Large living room w/ views of the lake. Outside there are several sitting areas w/ breathtaking 180 degree views. The sunsets are amazing. I would highly recommend this place to any avid boater that wants to experience peace and quiet.

Breathtaking views!!!

We had the best family vacation here at sunset point! The house is clean and comfortable. Sitting out on the dock watching the sunset was awesome! The view from the house was also beautiful! We would definitely love to rent this house again!

Sunset Point Rattle Snake Island on Lake Winnipesaukee

Unbelievable views of the Broads and White Mountains. The property is beautiful. The home is very comfortable and functional. Lots of seating inside and outside on the large wrap around deck. The beds were very comfortable. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful with all questions. Would highly recommend this property.

Rattlesnake island trip

We have always wanted to stay on rattlesnake island and we are glad we finally have. The location of the house looks over an expansive view of the broads. Pictures can’t do it justice. Jeremy was very helpful with the packing list. He was prompt and responsive with all communications. Beautiful house, beautiful location. Can’t beat it.

Excellent Location - Beautiful Property

We had a great time at the house on Rattlesnake. The house was very clean upon arrival. Easy check-in. The kitchen has all the amenities for cooking/cleaning. The views on the deck are breathtaking. The hiking trails are a plus that take you to the top of Rattlesnake for another awesome viewpoint of the southern part of the lake. Thanks again!

Spectacular views

Great stay out on Rattlesnake. House was very neat and kitchen was well supplied. The views were absolutely amazing. The house has a nice dock, big lawn, and a large deck with gates. Because of the location at the top of the island, looking out to the Broads, it can be very windy - a constant breeze. Docking can be tricky, for sure. Island has an awesome hiking trail with even more views. We had a lovely time!

Ultimate relaxation vacation

The property was clean, private, well appointed and beautiful. We enjoyed the deck immeasurably with beautiful sunsets and lapping waves. Coffee on the dock was peaceful with impressive views. We explored the lake a lot and could not have found a better view anywhere on all of Winnipesaukee. Gorgeous!

Amazing views

I can't say enough about this property and the owner. We had a wonderful stay there...so quiet, property was spotless, the kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in, the house is very comfortable. I had a couple of questions and a very minor issue, and the owner responded via text very quickly. We are hoping to come back next year!

Best sunsets on the lake - great house

Great house, amazing views, and Jeremy was very helpful. The house was super on all fronts and the sunset views were amazing. We typically sat on the deck, or the boat, to watch the sunsets - and the sun sets across the lake into the mountains (really nice). One small note - if you are a new boater, you will want to watch the wind. We found docking in high winds to be somewhat difficult (you are facing the broads). Awesome house and we would stay again :)

The house and veiws are amazing! The outside deck was great to eat on while watching the sun set.

We had a great time durring our week stay. Any question we had Jeremy got right back to us with an answer. The dock was plenty big enough for our two boats to fit in behind the breaker wall. The hiking trail that is just behind the house that is a 2.7 mile round trip to the top of Rattle Snake Island has even more fantastic views from over 300' above the lake. We also love being so close to the West Alton Marina and the sandbar just outside of the channel. All in all it was a wonderful week at a beautiful house.
