If you‘re to stay in Rockport, stay here. It‘s all there with a couple of steps to the beach only, support always reachable, appartment super clean and nicely designed. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect fall weekend getaway outside Boston

This studio was perfect for two nights - clean and equipped for everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and the town had some great coffee spots and places to walk. Would definitely come back!

My husband & I had a wonderful 5 day stay at this perfectly appointed studio apartment … convenient to stroll down country road to Old Garden Beach, into town for shopping, dining and sunsets. All amenities were new, clean and well thought out for guests … bed comfy, sheets soft, towels thick, TV & WiFi great, on site parking, and a restful quiet location. TY Rachael for a memorable get-away … highly recommend!

This rental is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown Rockport with all the shops and restaurants. It also has beach access to Old Garden Beach, just a 5-minute walk down Caleb's Lane. The unit is clean and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were very comfortable here and we would stay again.

This property is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you’ll need. You are walking distance from Bear Neck and so close to Gloucester for more fun and dining. I’d definitely rent this property again

This is a great accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen.Everything on the listing is accurate. Just Beautiful!

Caleb's Lane studio apartment is the perfect place to stay in Rockport! It is new, beautifully designed, and located in the perfect spot - tucked away, yet in walking distance to town. It was clean and neat and is as beautiful in person as it is in these photos. Communication with the owner was great prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be back and will pass the word to family and friends. You won't be disappointed!

Rockport Retreat

My husband and I were looking for a cute, clean, smaller property as it was just the two of us - with walking distance to shops and the ocean. This property checked off all the boxes for us! It was in a very safe and secluded spot that we felt had more than enough privacy. We walked to main street and all the shops for breakfast and dinner. Host was more than accommodating and super nice. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Exceptional Accommodation

We stayed only one night, but this is a place you could stay at for days without feeling confined. It's listed as a studio but it feels like a small apartment. Being over a detached garage, you have the privacy of a home. A perfectionist had to have done the build-out on this unit and the cleanliness could not have been any better. We stay in the Gloucester area several times per year and we would not hesitate to re-book this unit.
