Great Stay

We were there during non-season time so area was quiet and house was in great location and clean. 3 minute walk to beach - home came with all the amenities you would need and was perfect for us as we visited family at Norfolk.

While the beach view was obstructed by the buildings across the street, the ability to take a 3 minute walk to the beach was wonderful. My kids enjoyed playing with the beach toys that were provided, they loved the dining room table that turned into a ping pong and pool table, and had a great time running around in the backyard. We loved how easy it was to get anywhere we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this location!

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our time in Norfolk! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for doing things in Norfolk and it was an easy walk to the beach! The host made us feel welcomed and was responsive and friendly. Thank you for everything!

Everything was exceptional from the thoughtful touches (snacks,wine) to the communication. Property provided plenty of space for my family for the holidays! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely stay here again! Hopefully next time the weather will be warmer so we can enjoy the beach!

Amazing!!

We had an amazing stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and understand. We had some date issues after we book and the host made it so easy to move the dates around. I highly recommend staying here. We also loved the pool table!

Lots of privacy and good beach location

The house was very accommodating for 5 adults with private bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms and it was literally a block from the beach. The only down side was the noise from the road in the front bedroom at night with the windows open but not a deal breaker. We would rent here again if in the area.

The house was very nice, the bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The pop up assembly on the right side of the double bowl vanity needs to be serviced. The shower was amazing!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful. It had a perfect beach theme through out the house. The beach was literally right across the street which was amazing. Christina left us a sweet note and a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay and that is something I have not had in any of the other places I have stayed. I thought that was a very sweet gesture. Now the area wasn't the nicest and you had to drive a distance to really get anywhere which was crummy. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed it.

Great property. Very clean and exactly like the posted photos. Complimentary wine and welcome card were a perfect touch. 2 min walk to a beautiful, secluded, tucked away beach. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

We got there and it smelled musty. You needed binoculars to see the “ocean view”. The AC didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work. I believe they knew about these issues before because they were very eager to give us a refund and let us leave.

Immediately upon arrival Holly told us the WiFi and AC were not working. As this had not been an issue with our previous guest checking out or happened before we gave Holly the option of staying while we came to figure out and resolve the issue or she could leave with a full refund. She chose to leave with the full refund. We immediately investigated the property and found out there was a power issue which affected the AC and WiFi. That same day the power company came out and completely resolved the power issue. It’s very unfortunate that this happened on Holly’s check in day. The “musty” smell she mentioned more than likely could have been from the air not circulating with power not going to the AC. She was upset there is no “ocean view”. This was never advertised. There is a partial ocean view from the top floor. As stated in the listing and shown on the map, the property is across the street from the beach. We were very eager to have an unhappy guest leave and with a full refund given in order to address the concerns at the property immediately! We love our many phenomenal guests and have been happy to provide wonderful stays over the years as shown in every single other one of our past reviews.
