Snowcap Lodge offre le mélange parfait de détails pittoresques et de luxe montagnard. Cette toute nouvelle maison de 3 étages, 3200 pieds carrés a 7 chambres et 4 salles de bain complètes, foyers au gaz et Internet sans fil.
Ne laissez pas le nom hivernal vous tromper! Il y a de quoi vous occuper toute l'année à Snowcap. Un grand espace de pont (720 pieds carrés) et un patio couvert sont parfaits pour accueillir de grands groupes à l'extérieur. Et tandis que l'intérieur offre beaucoup de lumière et d'espace, on peut toujours trouver un coin confortable. Passez une soirée plus fraîche devant le foyer intérieur / extérieur, photographiez une piscine, un barbecue et faites tout en écoutant vos morceaux préférés grâce au système audio sans fil dans toute la maison. Cette charmante maison est la sœur de notre chalet Skye View, qui se trouve juste en face. Les deux sont situés dans des domaines paisibles du lac Harmony, et ne sont qu'à quelques pas du lac Harmony lui-même et de la variété d'options locales toute l'année de la région. Les sites Big Boulder Ski Resort et H2O Indoor Water Park se trouvent également à proximité.

Spacious and Convenient

There were four families with a variety of ages staying in this spacious. Nice spaces for enjoying each other company while staying here. Very close to restaurants, skiing, snow tubing. Beautiful flow through the house and with lots of space to entertain the 18 people with us.

Cozy family reunion stay

Snowcap was perfect for our summer family reunion. 8 adults and 3 children were exceptionally comfortable. It was our first time in Lake Harmony and the beach access was lovely. Half of the week had horrible weather but we had a great time cooking, eating, watching movies and reading books together. Thank you for a great place!

Many things to like, but most importantly we really enjoyed the space (both inside and outside). The trees provided shade, nice and cool evenings, and the house covered our needs.

Great Large Group Stay in the Poconos

The property comfortably fit our group of 19 for a trip to the Poconos with adequate parking as advertised. The large deck was perfect for grilling in good weather and covered sections worked well for periods of rain. The fire pit and hot tub were nice additions for visits year round. Minor issues during our stay were promptly addressed by the owner and community maintenance. All were friendly, thorough and responsive. Gas/grocery/local businesses nearby, 30 minutes to major area attractions. I would gladly recommend this property for large groups and stay again. We had a great time!

Great Property! Spacious, Clean & Cozy!

So happy we stumbled upon this rental! The house is very spacious and cozy. There was more than enough room for our large group with multiple family rooms and a huge dining table. Everyone LOVED the wireless sound system that plays through out the house! The hot tub and pool table were a big hit too. The only down side is that the mattresses on a few of the beds were pretty uncomfortable; very little support and a little too soft. Other than that the place was great!

We assessed the situation and it appears that some of the box springs were not offering the type of support that is intended, so we are replacing them immediately. Next time they should be way more comfy for you.

Spacious

Space wise, this is a great property. Our group ranged from 10 months to 68. There was enough space for all 16 of us. We all agreed the house was a perfect size and the location was good but it needs some TLC. The hostess package is the smallest we’ve experienced. With some TLC and a hostess package that is more gracious, this could be a 5 star rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is nice but thee are some flaws the management could easily fix to make it a 5 star house. First the fridge sheleves were broken and kept falling and the water from the fridge tasted like the filter had never been changed. The TV systems are absolutely horrible. I have never had so much trouble and frustration operating a remote/tv to change inputs/channels. Last, the beds are over 10 years old and everyone from my party complained about their back hurting from the beds. Other than these issues the house is a great place for a big family get together. Fix these things and this house is 5 stars.

Pocono Golf Getaway

Snowcap loved up to its billing. Large group for a golf getaway and the house did not disappoint. Plenty of rooms/beds/bathrooms... large spacious areas inside and out... and very fair pricing. Definitely recommend for large families or groups and would stay again for sure! Thx

We were very disappointed with this rental. There were basics that were not there like a blender, non stick pans (which I asked if they had and they said yes), towels for the kitchen and many more. The house is not big enough to have all 21 of us sit jn one room together. The basement smelled horrible, dishwasher and dishes smelled like fish. By far the worst VRBO rental we've done. They gave us 2 pods for the dishwasher for a 4 day rental and expected us to start the dishwasher before we left. At least provide enough cleaning supplies so people on vacation don't have to shop for everything. The only thing we should have had to take is food and drinks. It was not well furnished. It also didn't have Air Cinditioning in all rooms. Not a place I would rent again. Pics make it look easy better than it was.

Weekend Getaway

Overall this house fit a large group without feeling crowded. The main concern was the inability to use multiple outlets in the kitchen because it would trip the breaker. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with essentials. The hot tub worked well throughout the weekend. The driveway was spacious and fit many cars which was great!
