Myself and 3 other moms had a fantastic trip. The grounds were incredible and we appreciated the gardener/groundskeeper francisco’s attention to detail so much - seriously beautiful gardens and well maintained pool! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. Felt very safe with gate and security at the gate at nighttime. 5 min walk to everything you need (including the beach!). We would happily go back any time.

Amazing Stay

It’s a 3-storey home that’s quite home-y and spacious, you do have to be able to go up stairs but it feels much like a condo townhouse. Each room has a bathroom which was perfect for our group. Very clean and they provided us with lots of towels and bedding. We felt extremely comfortable and right at home. The entire space was very clean. Overall, a perfect stay

Beautiful Condo!

Freshly renovated condo with all of the necessities! The locally made furniture throughout the condo is beautiful! This is in a gated community with a nice pool. Not that they are needed, but they also post a security guard at night for extra comfort. This is just a few blocks away from the ocean and all of the shopping, restaurants and bars in town. Very safe town with friendly locals! Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tamarindo!

Overall experience

This was a well-located unit close to the beach, restaurants, and more. Though we liked the location, this is just a place to sleep. The living area wasn’t very clean as well as the bathrooms. The AC in one room also wasn’t working and they weren’t helpful with communication. Mold was also found in another bedroom and the description was not as detailed, considering there are three levels to the unit and no bedrooms on the first floor.

Amazing Tamarindo condo and stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here and had such a great time! It was a great location and we loved the "poolside" room for our family. The pool was smaller but we basically had it to ourselves all the time so a perfect place to chill! The condo was spacious, had all the basic supplies, and a new clean renovation. The beds were very comfortable and the washing machine made it easy all week! The onsite staff/pool guy were all very friendly. An easy walk to the beach(3 blocks), foodtrucks/restaruants (2 blocks), "supermarket" (3 blocks) and coffeeshops (Nordico or Cafe Tico) :) We also used our rental car to get to get to beaches 30 mins to the north and south.

Location was excellent and cleanliness was excellent. All appliances worked well. Utensils could be upgraded. We had problems with getting hot water in the showers but after 4 days we figured out the plumbing hot and cold configuration was opposite of the norm. Pool was an excellent attraction along with the pets
 Larry and Florence and a few other iguanas or whatever they are..
