This home was perfect for our muti-family vacation! 6 adults and 6 kids ranging in age of 16 to 7. Enough room for all! The kids had an amazing time in the basement, and loved the loft area!

This house is truly epic. Everything was neat and clean and there were more than expected amenities. The kitchen is so well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for our large group. The hot tub and arcade room was a big hit with our family. Would love to visit again!

Great house! Huge! Lots of amenities. Convenient to Loveland

We stayed at Wood Villa as a home base for our daughter's wedding. It was perfect for that purpose. Many bedrooms and beds, many bathrooms, great amenities. We enjoyed the home theater, ping pong, fussball and hot tub. It's conveniently located near the freeway and close to Loveland.

Great for a family of 10

The house had plenty of space for our family of 10 while we visited RMNP. We made most of our meals in the large and well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub, fire table, and game room got plenty of use in the evenings. Jason communicated very clearly all throughout the process.

We had a fabulous time with extended family. The house is as described and is ideal. The double refrigerator/freezer was great with our big group. Clean & Very Spacious. I would recommend adding an outdoor grill & handrails on the porches.

Amazing Group / Family Rental

We were at this property over Christmas, 7 adults and 1 infant. There was plenty of space for all of us to get our own room, and still have the entire loft and one bedroom to spare. The pictures don’t depict the true size of the place, it’s quite large and spacious. The study was needed for work and was perfect to get away from everyone but still close enough to be part of the action. We loved our stay and will definitely use again if the whole family or a group needs to go back! Thanks for hosting!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and welcoming home! It was exactly as advertised and pictured. The house was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had comfortable beds and inviting living spaces that made it easy to relax. We all especially enjoyed the basement entertainment room, complete with a huge TV/movie screen, ping pong table, putting green, and basketball hoop.The home is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, shopping, golf, pickleball, and other attractions. Although it’s situated within a neighborhood, being on a corner lot gives it a more open and private feel.We spent most of our time in the back of the house, where the spacious family room and kitchen - with a large table that was perfect for meals and family game nights - open to a private, fenced backyard with a patio, fire pit, sturdy deck chairs, and hot tub. The host Ryan was very responsive, communicated well throughout our stay, and made every effort to resolve a minor maintenance issue we experienced. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily recommend this home to other families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.
