There is also close beach access in PCB and Inlet Beach. This property also boasts an on site boat ramp, brand new, large dock on Lake Powell and 2 newly refinished pools. This property offers the best of both worlds, seclusion and access, the magnificent gulf waters and a pristine lake.

Fantastic Townhome

Great place to stay with friends!

Our party of 5 had a great time staying here. We had everything we needed, comfy beds, a clean condo in an area very close to everything we wanted. We had to drive to the beach everyday, which was expected (it’s not a walking distance away). The lake view was a peaceful touch. Greta was a great host! I would stay here again.

I grew up on the East Coast but the beaches do not compare to the sugar white sand we have on the Emerald Coast. We love sharing our vacation home with others and have been owner managing rentals along 30A and PCB for 15+years. We hope you have an opportunity to stay our Beach House at The Lake.

The view of Lake Powell from the family room/kitchen and front porch is amazing. Pirates Cove offers our family the opportunity to be outdoors and stay active with fishing off the Pirates Cove private community dock, launching the paddle board in Lake Powell and paddling to the beach and hiking/biking the many trails nearby. We also love the many restaurants within a few miles with 30Ave and 30A being less than 3 miles away.

The Beach House at Lake Powell is unique as you have Lake Powell and the beach both right outside your door. Our rental is a newly renovated 2 bdrm/2bath townhome with all new furnishings, decor and linens. Completely new kitchen and bath finishes. Our location is unique as you have everything you would want to do right outside your door. Beach, Lake, Pool, Fishing, Biking, Paddle Boarding, Kayaking and many dining options available. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach in Carillon or drive your car and be on the white sand in 5 mins.
