The heart of our home is the magnificent pool area, a private sanctuary that promises countless moments of rejuvenation. The extensive L-shaped pool beckons you to unwind and bask in tranquility. Whether it's a refreshing morning swim or a twilight dip under the stars, this is your oasis of peace and relaxation.
The considerable lot has plenty of space for large parties- a grassy area for the kid's playground, two lounge chairs, and an additional large round lounger.
Step into the grand entrance and progress towards the open-concept entertainer living room with its oversized kitchen, where natural light dances through the windows. The open-concept design connects the inviting living room with tasteful decor to the sophisticated dining area, ideal for entertaining guests or enjoying intimate family meals. We also provide a 65" smart TV, Frontiers cable TV, and several applications such as Netflix+Amazon Prime for your entertainment. This is ideal for entertaining or relaxing while watching a great movie on the oversized couch.
As you step outside, the expansive patio offers an outdoor living experience with a seating table for six, a gas BBQ, and a BBQ with charcoal; host unforgettable gatherings, lounge under the shade of the sun umbrella, or revel in the blissful solitude of your slice of paradise.
The primary suite offers a peaceful haven, a spa-like ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. It features a Cal King Mattress, a desk, and a 55" Smart TV.
Two additional well-appointed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for family members or overnight guests. Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds fitting four guests, and the 4th room is a Den with a queen bed.

As disclosed on the booking page, Pool and Spa heating is not included in the rental rate. You will be requested to pay this additional cost after you have reviewed and signed the agreement.
SPA: We do not preheat the Spa. Spa heating is $25-35 per day extra from OCT-MAY. (Heating the Spa can take up to 2 Hours during colder months).
Pool Heating: The additional fee, which ranges from $50 to $250 PER DAY, depending on the season, is initiated once the previous guest checks out and you pay the fee. Please note that it can take up to 1 day to heat the Pool to 84F during colder months. However, we cannot guarantee that the set 84F will be reached when you check-in.
You can heat the Pool or the Spa, but not both simultaneously.
The minimum age requirement for the principal booker is 25 years old. Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate; as disclosed on the booking page, we require an additional pool fee of $75 - 200 PER DAY, depending on the year's season. We DO preheat the pool but not the spa. We have a remote for the guests to control the spa. We most likely do not ask for a pool deposit during hot months like July, August, and September. We might ask for a pool fee in April, May, and June. So that you know â all the specifics will be indicated in the contract emailed to you. You are obliged to sign. Instructions will be emailed three days before the rental date. Please indicate the precise amount of guests and pets staying. We have a base price for two people (most reasonable) for additional guests over two people. The booking site ads $15 per person per night automatically. If you fill out for two people but are six, the system will give you a different accurate rate.
