It was nice to have a place to park my car so I don’t have to worry about parking in downtown. Nice location for public transportation. Nice to have a private bathroom just to myself.

Location of compact private suite worked well for my extended weekend stay in Bellevue. Hosts very friendly and accommodated my requests. Recommend for single person or couple. TV channel selection limited.

Great value! Great location! Quiet. Easy parking and access.

Nicely organized basement apartment. Super friendly host. A+ communication and directions. Excellent location to Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island and Seattle. We chose this property for its price and location. No disappointments. Would stay again!

Bellevue

Property manager was accommodating. Contacted them in regards to coming in a day early and they made it happen. Which was very much appreciated. It was nice to have on site parking but it was challenging due to steepness. The TV was clear across the room from the seating area and there was no cable/satellite access only streaming. Bathroom was very small with phone booth size shower. Challenging for adults. Unit could use some refreshing, paint/decorating to make it more homey. There was some kind of stain on the drapes in bedroom which needs to be taken care of. Neighborhood seemed safe and had no issues.

New Year Get-a-way

This stay was definitely one of the best. I will definitely be seeking an opportunity to stay on our next visit to Seattle. The home was located centrally and allowed access to other locations. It was comfortable and cozy. On a final, the host was approachable and very accomodating to our needs. Thank you Hua and Philip!

I am genuinely upset about how filthy and unpleasant this stay was. I would only stay here if you don’t have any other options and you only need to be at this location to sleep. They have a serious pest control issue. We killed over 10 large spiders in our 4 day stay. A giant moth attacked me and got caught in my hair in bed. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the owners loudly talking and stomping around upstairs. The checkout time is listed online as 11AM and the owner started hassling and pressuring us to leave by 10AM. The sheets and towels were ragged and old (sheets were pilling and the towels looked and felt grimy). There isn’t an extra sink or kitchen area, so you have to go into the bedroom bathroom to get water to rinse dishes out. Your fresh water source is that bathroom sink. There’s no silverware. There’s a microwave, 2 coffee cups and 2 plastic plates. It’s a decent location in Bellevue, but it was gross and unsanitary: they have stained curtains, there is grime on the walls, the floor was dirty and most all the furniture is cheap and bashed up. Inexplicably, they have Keurig cups, but no Keurig machine, and they have a Traditional drip coffee pot, but don’t provide coffee for that. There are also no paper coffee filters. They did not provide enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay. The dirt driveway is steep enough that every time we drove in it clipped the front of our vehicle. All of these issues are directly in the host’s ability to rectify.
