Located very centrally to surrounding hotspot destinations (Seattle is 20 mins away, Downtown Bellevue is 10 mins, Redmond is 15 mins, and Downtown Renton is 10 minutes away), this home is a relaxing getaway for an individual or a couple of guests. It’s located in the safe and quiet city of Newcastle, and is close to both Lake Boren and the well-known Newcastle Golf Course! Grocery shopping is also nearby, with Safeway a short walk or 2 minute drive away. For close entertainment, guests may wish to visit the Landing in Renton, which includes many entertainment venues such as Top Golf.

The home has one bedroom available to guests with a queen sized bed, along with a closet for storing your clothing during the stay. This room also has a 47 inch TV with a Roku. Off of the bedroom is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

In the main hallway to the bedroom another larger full bathroom is present, with a shower/tub, toilet, sink, and large mirror.

The main living area upstairs is a large, cozy, bohemian style living room with a couch that seats 6 facing big windows overlooking the private front yard!

Behind the living room is the 4 seat dining room table. It sits next to sliding glass doors that exit to the deck and back yard as well as the kitchen.

The kitchen is very sizable with plenty of space and amenities to cook to your hearts desire. It is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, a keurig, utensils and anything else you might need for your stay.

Downstairs in the basement there is a 3 seat leather couch and big square coffee table sitting in view of the 85 inch surround sound 4K smart TV! This is the game/theater room. There is a small desk with one chair if office space is needed for work during your stay. There is a built-in bookshelf that has some books and board games for additional entertainment.

Outside there is a spacious front yard, and outback there is a large deck and small backyard.

*Important Disclaimer: The entry way steps (part of the sidewalk) leading up to the front door do not have hand rails. They are not overly steep or narrow, but we want guests to be aware of the lack of railing there so potential bookers can decide whether it’ll be problematic if they book as guests who have disability or stability issues.
