JUSTE REMODELE !!!

Ce studio d'angle situĂ© au quatriĂšme Ă©tage est idĂ©al pour le voyageur occasionnel Ă  la recherche d'un peu de temps. À seulement 12 minutes Ă  pied du sable fin de Clearwater Beach. La propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e sur la baie et vous pouvez voir l'eau de votre balcon. La propriĂ©tĂ© a une piscine et un barbecue pour les clients au bord de la piscine. Bayside 29 est un condo de studio de 500 pieds carrĂ©s et est, bien sĂ»r, climatisĂ©. Il y a un lit king size pour une bonne nuit de sommeil et un grand canapĂ©-lit pouvant accueillir 2 enfants ou 1 adulte confortablement.

Sortez sur votre propre balcon pour profiter de la vue sur la baie et la piscine ci-dessous. Idéal pour le café du matin et les cocktails en soirée, face à l'est 'soleil du matin et ombre de l'aprÚs-midi'
Des vues imprenables sur la ville et la baie sont visibles depuis votre balcon, Ă  gauche, au centre et Ă  droite.

La cuisine vient d'ĂȘtre complĂštement refaite. Ce condo est livrĂ© avec une nouvelle gamme, comptoirs de boucher, micro-ondes, Ă©vier en acier inoxydable, dosseret de carreaux et lave-vaisselle, un des rares du bĂątiment. Toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison. De plus, il y a de nouveaux sols en vinyle partout.

Great location, not much more

listing says recently remodeled but there was no evidence of that. The pool is rough, grilling and decking area very limited & dirty, the front door of our unit is in need of balancing or insulations as gaps show significant light & the back sliding door needs some new ball bearings to keep it on track and close completely. The microwave is the tiniest I've seen since my college dorm in 1981. But it is a solid location...

Nice Enough

Property is GREAT on view. The pool is wonderful. Not so much on beach access, linens, or kitchen ware. A sole large mixing bowl that was microwave safe and will fit in the microwave is IT. There are no oven mitts, hot pads/trivets, and no cookie sheet, pizza pan, or even a broiler pan. No sort of pitcher for tea or lemonade, and the only bowls in the dishware are serving bowl sized -- Lord help anyone who wants a bowl of breakfast cereal. A third stool for the eating bar would be immensely helpful. The property is very nicely located with relation to shopping and several restaurants and bars, and is attractively decorated.

Quiet location that's close to the beach

Our family rented this property in mid June and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was close to the beach but away from the lights and noises which was great. I would recommend this to my family.

Not real fancy, but a clean unit located on the quieter south end of Clearwater Beach. An easy walk to restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the main beach and pleasantly quiet at night.

Close to the action!

Close to the action! Everything you need is within walking distance, beach, restaurants and bars. One of our favorites was walking along the boulevard and watching different bands play. Easy access off the island to the grocery store and more wonderful restaurants. Very clean unit, tastefully decorated with a nice pool and sitting area outside.

Shabby property - wouldn’t recommend

We booked a March 2021 travel date a few weeks before the expected travel. When our companions staying at another property had to change to May due to Covid travel restrictions from their state, we messaged the management company asking to change the dates. With no response we then had to call to finally get a response. We were informed that we could change the dates but they wouldn’t refund any of the money since March is a higher rate than May. Very cold move by the management company/owner during a pandemic when so many things are out Of people’s control. And yes we could have paid for cancellation insurance but never expected to have to change dates. We couldn’t get all the dates we needed. Paid for four nights and stayed only 2. The places is very noisy from street traffic as people come down off the bridge right past the building not to mention motor bikes going past. No view to really speak of despite the picture at a great angle. The sliding door screen is a wreak and has been for many years according to other comment. You awaken with the sun shining right in your eyes since there is only poorly fitting linen panel over the sliding door. And the room lock doesn’t not feel secure as it is quite loose. The shower grout is stained and fixtures corroded not to mention how tiny the shower is. The mattress on the bed is worn out and the workmanship on remodeling is shotty and many repairs are needed.

Quiet place on the harbor

The condo was very nice. It was quiet all day, which made for a very peaceful stay. Very close to the trolley stop, which was so nice to have while we were down there (it's free right now!). Tons of places to eat and shop at, and all within walking distance. The only issue we had was the airport shuttle company recommended to us by FBR, forgot about us and we ended up getting a Lyft to the condo.

Great Location

The location of this little condo was great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfy and the property was nice and clean. The screen leading to the balcony was off the track and the sliding glass door on the balcony only had a screw poking through the casing into the metal outside, but I guess since we were on the 4th floor it wasn't much of a security issue. The bathroom could use a little updating, but overall we had a nice stay. Jimmy's Fish House had excellent food and we also enjoyed an outdoor lunch on the sidewalk of Salty's Cafe where they had a live guitarist. A ten-minute walk to the beautiful beach and a couple of sunny days was just what we needed.

Great Time

This property was clean and close to everything yet just far enough away for a little quiet when you want it. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, beach and bars. We will definitely rent here again !!

Cute place to stay

We loved the access to surrounding areas, on a corner, so it was very windy at times. Some minor cosmetic issues in the apartment, needing to serviced, but it only affected our impression of it, bot the actual stay. Bed was comfortable, and the furniture was just right for watching tv, or lounging around.
