Sierra Velo is a charming East Tucson home in a quiet neighborhood which as been completely remodeled and new furnished. The extra large kitchen allows for informal dining for your group with the oversize peninsula island. The desk in the kitchen at the end of the island makes for a great laptop workspace for those needing to work while enjoying the Tucson desert. Two separate living areas allow multiple indoor conversation spaces you can enjoy one another's company while traveling to Tucson. Multiple barstools at the kitchen island allow friends or children to join the cooks in the kitchen as they prepare the meal. A nice formal dining room off the kitchen allows this house to be a great choice for entertaining or for holiday meals. The kitchen is fully outfitted with pots, pans, appliances, and everything you would need to cook any kind of meal. The coffee pot is dual function for both Carafe and K-Cup. Relax under the sun in the lounge chairs at the pool, enjoy a nice dinner at sunset at the outdoor dining area, or sit around and socialize at the fire pit while staying in Tucson. This property is all about outdoor living so you can take advantage of Tucson's warm climate year round.

This home works well for couples, families, business executives, or two or three families sharing accommodations while in Tucson. We do allow events at this home so inquire with the host regarding weddings, graduations, and celebrations of life events.

Other Things to Note:
Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."
The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
We accept dogs not cats for an additional $100 nonrefundable pet fee
If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.
The pool at this property is not heated
We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
