If youâre looking for a great home-base for exploring Colorado Springs, then this is your place. Unique circumstances found our family relocating Christmas to COS. We needed a central location, not to far from our sonâs home in COS, that would accommodate 4 generations.My parents used the Primary Bedroom with bathroom, my wife and I were across the hall, and my daughter, son-in-law, and nine-month granddaughter used the lower bedroom, that had access to an additional bathroom and laundry. An additional upstairs bedroom was available for my son to stay the night if needed. The kitchen on the main level had a new fridge, stove top, oven, and assorted small appliances that made our meal prep easy, and the adjoining dining area provided plenty of room for all to gather around the table, with a breakfast dinette closely by for any overflow.But most of our time was spent on the lower level, hanging out on a comfy wrap around sectional where everyone could see the huge flat screen smart TV, making it easy to watch games or movies. It was also a great area for playing board games and letting the granddaughter crawl around and play. When you have a baby crawling around on a floor and you donât have to worry about whatâs on the floor, you know you have found a place that prides itself in having a clean environment for itâs guests.Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and area excursions. The family went bowling and mini gold just around the corner.Perfect stay!
